this is a pathetic attempt to pin the blame for enron's collapse on clinton. the biggest contributor to bush's campaign was enron, or ken lay--which would seem strange, if this story had any merit.

the pitt tribune is owned by richard mellon scaife, the biggest clinton hater of all time, and the patron of the arkansas project. i can't believe he even tries to pull off this contortion act. the board of enron was loaded with bush supporters and republicans. how much money did enron give to the gore campaign? if gore was so tight with enron, why did bush get more money from them?

bush has said that his role model was ken lay, in which case we're all screwed. but anyone with half a brain would already know this. bush is going to do with social security what enron did to its employees' retirement.

there isn't any ill under the sun that can't be blamed on clinton, in the warped mind of a clinton-hating didiot. if you didn't like the eight years of peace and prosperity, then don't worry. it's over.
