An angry Yasser Arafat accused the United States of pro-Israel bias Friday during an interview broadcast on Israeli television.
The United States has been pressuring Arafat to rein in the Islamic militant group Hamas that took responsibility for suicide bombings that killed 25 people in Israel over the weekend. When asked about recent American pressure on him to arrest militants, the Palestinian leader became irritated.

LOL
How do you do that?
She's history already...
True. Not to mention foreign aid as well. And the powerful lobby, bigger than the NRA...the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC)...yet, strangely, no one ever criticizes AIPAC's power the way you hear them whine about the NRA. I wonder what's going on with that? Arafat sees this too, trouble is anyone who talks about it ends up being treated like Arafat."
One has to be blind not to notice the one-sided bias that exists in the US media, newspapers, politicians, and other institutions. If it weren't a serious issue, it would be comical to repeatedly see jewish reporters, jewish commentatorss, jewish analyst, jewish state dept officials,..... discussing the middle-east situation and pretending to be "fair and balanced".
As I've said often, we should stand behind Israel as their strongest ally (guarantee their existence), but then be very even handed when playing the mediator role. Israel is like a spoilt child, and the parents continue to look the other way.
After the performance of Arafat and that of a host of other unsavory elements on the West Bank, for the U.S. to have other than pro-Israel bias would constitute evidence of collective mental illness. I mean that. When by acts the gang really shows that it has developed an acceptance that Israel has a right to exist, and to do so without having to rely on their own heretofore worthless promises, maybe that would be a first step to helping us overcome our bias.
Ran out of names already? You know, the bunch you created on July 30?
Guess you'll have to reserve a lot more of them this time
Gives ya away when you have to post and get cute on the same day you register.
Arafat: (thinking)'damn did I say that out loud? oh man... I did... CRAP

Maybe, they could be blended. LOL.
This was a primative early photo cropping attempt on my part.
The two of 'em make me want to go postal.
If there's only one person it must be a full time job.
I suspect there are at least three of them.
