For two days in a row, the news media has purposely avoided showing extremely dynamic video tape of GWB

Yesterday he told a crowd that there'd be hell to pay for attacking America, and today he vigorously defended military tribunals....in both cases the President was emotional, and impressive....clearly an unbeatable image for a Preseident.....The criminal liberal news media is trying to make GWB look smaller and less than he is, and I find it a delerelection of duty to the citizens of the country: Americans need to know they have a MAN to lead them, especially after 8 years of hill billy rule

As I've been harping on for a couple of years (not that it does much good), this nation has lots of enemies within but the media are our number one enemy in this country today. They control the minds of the masses and they hate what America used to be and they're doing everything they can to dismantle that value system. And as I'm sure you've noticed, they're succeeding.

Actually, I got clobbered here a few days ago when I wrote that he's the only reporter who's proudly showing his patriotism....refers to "us"......I was trying to judge his work from 'Stan apart from the stupidity of his previous 35 years in the media....I was told I was WRONG.....

These are a group of Republican's that pack fudge at the Elk's Lodge on the third Wednesday of every month, except on those third Wednesday's designated as "Bingo" nights with the Ladies Auxillary. They don't mix well with the Ladies.

The Log Cabin Republicans call themselves that because they have some sort of lamebrained idea that Abraham Lincoln was a homosexual. I don't mind their political views, but I hate the notion that many homosexuals have, that all famous people were closet homosexuals. Just because many homosexuals have led a double life, they think everybody else has, too. We might not know what it's like to be gay, but they don't know what it's like to be straight, either.

Your assertion is dead on...the media are the American Taliban. They hate the vision of a conservative America, and will do everything they can to crush that vision. But winning? I'm not so sure about that one. The ratings of socialist news networks are down, as are the circulations of those newspapers and magazines who spread their marxist gospel. At the same time, Fox News Channel ratings are UP, and are beating CNN at their own game, despite the fact that CNN is in far more markets than Fox. Registrations at Free Republic are UP (and numbers of lurkers, as well, I'd bet), and Freepers just knocked down an $80,000 quarterly fundraiser in RECORD TIME! I spread the word about Free Republic every time I get the opportunity, and that is the way we will keep the media Taliban on the run...with the TRUTH!
