I'm having a debate about "Who is a better president, Bush or Clinton" in my AP Government Class. Everyone in it is a Clinton left winger. Where can I find incriminating evidence online about this?

To support a position in a debate, it is better to search for the facts first. Whether the facts are incriminating needs to come after you have accurate information. BTW they are and it will, but skipping the step can lead to serious errors.

You shouldn't even concern yourself with Chinagate, since most of the people in your class will not understand the issues unless nuclear warheads are raining down on U.S. cities.
Focus instead on how a "better" president is defined. Most people point to a nation's economic performance, which is very shortsighted because people will forget this type of measure as soon as a more pressing one (a terrorist attack on the WTC, for example) comes up. A truly great President is one who is defined by his response to major events, and whose impact is felt long after he leaves office.
If there is one thing you need to know when discussing Clinton's term in office, consider this: When asked during his infamous Esquire magazine interview about what he considered the greatest legacy of his administration, he said that his greatest accomplishment was "defeating the 1994 Republican revolution." The dope is either delusional or a poor liar, for the reality is that most of the items in the Republicans' 1994 Contract with America that reached his desk were signed into law!

Well stated. BTW, Where are all the books from clinton supporters praising the "clinton years"? Where are all the antedotes (sp?) from specific meetings incident's etc. which "define the man" after he has left office. It seems to me past presidents are remembered favorably regardless of thier deeds.
Is the clinton legacy being ignored or is it just my bias?

Just kidding.

The Bill Gertz book is the best place...BUT, Clinton did NOT sell NUKES to China...he let them get our secrets... AND he allowed his big contributor (Loral Space) provide them with guidance technology for their missiles.

Make sure you cite human-rights violations, especially those pertaining to religion. Otherwise the knuckleheads will wonder why we wouldn't share weapons with these allies.
This is a college campus, remember.

This is the definitive answer to your question. Rep. Christopher Cox (R-CA) prepared this comprehensive, bi-partisan report on the activities of China and the related severe security breaches during the Clinton Administration and the dangerous comprises to U.S. national defense as a result. Read
The Cox Report here.

I'm sure you will be able to find lots of incriminating HEARSAY evidence on the internet, but as for real evidence, forget it.

In light of the present situation I would concentrate on what Clinton DID NOT DO in relationship to terrorism. The new article from Vanity Fair Magazine pretty well shows that Sudan offered Clinton Osama bin Laden and the evidence to convict him in 1997 but the Clinton adminstration did not want to deal with such a difficult issue. As a result we got 9-11-01. There is also the 1993 WTC bombing, the distortion of the investigation of the OKC Federal Building bombing to hide Middle Eastern involvement, the distortion of of the TWA 800 investigation to exclude evidence of a missle attack, the bombing of our embassies in Africa, the attack on the USS Cole, the pardoning of the Puerto Rican terrorists, the pardon of the sixties radical terrorists, and much much more.
If that is not enough, there is the travelgate, filegate, pardoning Marc Rich, etc.
