That alone should be disturbing to any sane and reasonable person.
Kirby Caldwell voted for GORE!!!!! Don't EVER foreget it!!!
District D, currently held by race hustling crack fiend Jew Don Boney, had abnormally high turnout in voters at over 36%. Total turnout for everybody who voted is estimated to be in the 27-30% range. All other districts were consistent with that turnout EXCEPT for Boney's.
And yes, to any freepers unfamiliar with Mr. Boney, "Jew Don" is his real name.
Throughout the campaign, Williams tried desparately to tie Orlando Sanchez to Dr. Steven Hotze, a Falwell-esque fundie activist in Houston who has lots of enemies, even among conservatives. Williams' only link that he could ever establish was that Hotze had simply voted for Sanchez, but nevertheless he wrote an entire article attempting to link sanchez to hotze, plus parts of several other articles. Just to show how lazy and inept, not to mention biased, Williams is as a reporter, please consider the following excerpts collected from his articles on Hotze and Sanchez:
"Hotze, chairman of Conservative Republicans of Harris County, has fought against gay rights and abortion for more than 15 years while urging that government adhere to the moral directives of "biblical Christianity." "(JOHN WILLIAMS, HOUSTON CHRONICLE 11/12)
"Hotze, chairman of Conservative Republicans of Harris County, has fought against gay rights and abortion for more than 15 years while urging that government adhere to the moral directives of "biblical Christianity.""(JOHN WILLIAMS, HOUSTON CHRONICLE 11/14)
"Hotze, chairman of Conservative Republicans of Harris County, has fought against gay rights and abortion for more than 15 years while urging that government adhere to the moral directives of "biblical Christianity."" (JOHN WILLIAMS, HOUSTON CHRONICLE 11/15)
"Brown has aired commercials calling Sanchez "an extremist" and an ally of Christian right activist Steven Hotze , who urges that government adhere to the moral directives of "biblical Christianity."" (JOHN WILLIAMS, HOUSTON CHRONICLE 11/25)
"Hotze has fought against gay rights and abortion for more than 15 years while urging that government adhere to the moral directives of "biblical Christianity."" (JOHN WILLIAMS, HOUSTON CHRONICLE 11/27)
Williams sure has the cut and paste function on his keyboard figured out!
Yep... All strategically planned, ahead of time. They know exactly what they're doing. We've become like old Mexico. FRAUD.... Sickening.
What , he lost by 4383 votes!!!FRAUD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What! , he lost by 4383 votes? I say this election was a FRAUD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Link
I talked to one friend who was an election judge. He's a republican, but he lives in a black precinct. Fortunately he's the only election judge there, so he got to run it. He told me that he spent all day fending off a Brown poll watcher (yes, Lee P. "poll watchers=intimidation" Brown had his own poll watchers) who was making frivolous challenges every time a black voter got turned away for little thing things like NOT BEING REGISTERED, or NOT LIVING IN THE PRECINCT. He also had to deal with Brown campaign worker who entered the polling place with a Brown shirt (no pun intended, but it is certainly applicable) on and started trying to tell voters how to vote. He had to threaten her with arrest to get her to leave.
I'm hearing of all sorts of things about Brown's illegal activities. Trucks being used to block polling place entrances in Hispanic precincts, racist signs attacking Sanchez's hispanic ethnicity (i saw one of these a sanchez worker had picked up from near a polling place), Brown campaign phone calls intentionally targetted at blacks who were non-city residents trying to get them to vote anyway, etc.
There is something seriously wrong with that newspaper (much like almost all newspapers). Unfortunately there isn't anybody who is calling them on it - just the thousands of us who are sick and tired of the bilge they produce daily.
I am thinking about putting together a website or something similar to record examples of bias and factual innaccuracies in the Chronicle. I was thinking along the lines of www.RatherBiased.com...something like www.ChronicBias.com or www.ChroniclyBiased.com
Some of my ideas for it are to document things like that recycled Williams quote on Hotze, and also to taunt the Chronicle and its writers. One idea I had is to make predictions about the Chronicle's candidate endorsements ahead of time, and then match them up to who they choose. I think I could get close to 100% accuracy. They seem to choose based on 3 criteria:
1. the candidate who is in bed with the downtown money crowd
2. the wacky left winger establishment candidate/incumbent
3. the candidate who is running against proven true staunch right winger incumbents like Ron Paul and Robert Talton.
How dare you insinuate the election was a fraud?
I'm sure all the dead voters only voted once for Brown.
Good advice, hope it will be pursued- everyone looses with vote fraud because no-one will believe or trust election results. Suggest you use the following to tell a lot of people about it:
