Don't know if I could agree with you about the shortage of missle defense program during the Clinton era around '93 but do agree that contracts are awarded based on political consideration moreso than on the merits.

I'm no O'Reilly expert and don't claim to be...his show doesn't fit into the regular schedule these days, and I've probably only seen his show 12-15 times. That's why I'm gonna read his book before responding too rashly.

Thanks for your continued interest in this grave matter. Yes, I have sent emails and made calls to Rush and to O'Reilly to not avail. (however, before 9/11 - O'Reilly, this past summer, O'Reilly would, once in a while mention the Loral company, but unfortunately, (and I don't know why???) O'Reilly would not elaborate on Loral -and never once did O'Reilly mention this devastating Loral Shareholders case which Judge Lamberth has now accepted into his federal courtroom (as of Aug. 8th)
