The letter writer's justification is how Bush let the economy slide into a recession. He stated that Bush's lack of action against "small minorities" perpetrates lies against the United States.

I tend to agree with Mr. Bush's need for help. Consider, if you will, the following: When Bill Clinton was president, we had peace.

Umm, yeah, we had peace because Clinton didn't/doesn't/never will have the balls to take the fight to our enemies. His response to the embassy bombings was to lob a few Tomahawks at OLB. He feared retaliation because one, I believe he's a coward, and two, he feared a drop in his poll numbers.
