Woman strips in Bend courtroom

A 26-year-old Bend woman who appeared in Dechutes County Circuit Court in the nude Wednesday has been released from jail and sentenced to one year of supervised probation.

Terri Sue Webb will also be required to undergo a mental health evaluation. Webb was on trial for disorderly conduct for riding her bike in the buff last July.

She showed up at Wednesday's trial wearing only red cowboy boots. After her lawyer arrived, Judge Barbara Haslinger ordered Webb to put her clothes back on. When she refused, the judge found her in contempt for violating court rules.

Deputies arrested Webb, and she spent Wednesday night in the Deschutes County Jail.

The judge ordered Webb to wear clothes next time she came to court or she could face 29 days in jail.

Webb's lawyer and a friend say she believes she didn't break any law by riding her bike in the nude.

Oh, I agree, totally, bert. It was certainly disrespectful of her to wear red boots to court, but some people have no class.

“The first thing I thought was no way,” the court clerk said. “I said, ‘Oh my God, she really is’ and my mouth dropped open, and I had this incredulous look on my face and that even made her grin more. Then it crossed my mind, could I ever do that? It’s got to be this sense of freedom you enjoy for a short period of time.

The most important part of the story.

I don't how to post a "pitcher". Could you please explain?

1. Find the picture you want to post
2. Right click on the page and select "View Source Code". Find the source code that corresponds to the picture (if you're unfamiliar, this is the raw html used to contruct pages). You'll have to search a little bit...It will be in this format: [img src="/i/mlb/profiles/players/4288.jpg"] (brackets are actually the carats).

Notice that www.espn.com does not appear in this sourse code - you need to add that in manually. If you can't find the proper code, you can also right click directly on the pic, select properties, copy the address into the find function on your MS notebook page and search...

3. Here's where it gets a bit tricky. After the address there will also be sizing instructions. The code will tell the webpage what length and width the picture is - this allows for quicker loading. I chose not to include it for this picture because it's tiny. For larger pictures you should also copy that - pages will load quicker if the pictures are sized.

That's all a bit confusing. Your best bet is to look through the source code to see how others write code, and give it a shot yourself...

I wonder if it was a standard seat or one of those sleak narrow type racing seats. When I was a kid I always took the girls for a ride on my horse and would always let them ride up front so they could hold on to the saddle horn, hehe.

What?

You think Reno's a woman now? Next thing, you'll be including Shalela, Hillery, and the rest of her democratic appointees as 'women"?

Speaking of which, just how many did come out of her cabinet as homosexuals?

Usually, to post a pitcher, you first have to get a cooperative pitcher. (some are going to help, no matter how hard to ask....)

once you have a cooperative pitcher, measure his/her waist .... and did a hole about 2 inches diameter bigger, and about 4" deeper.

Put about 2 inches of loose fill rocks in the bottom, and have him/her jump the hole. Add concrete around the pitcher, and carefully align the pitcher to be vertical in the ground.

Once the conrete is dry, you then attach a rope to the pitcher, and simply have him hold it up with his free hand.

Pee careful and measure twice, waist disposal is difficult after the concrete is dry.

Actually, if you're using IE 5 or greater (maybe 4, too?), you can right-click on the image (photo) you want, select "Properties," and copy the image's Address (URL) to the clipboard (by selecting it and either using Ctrl-C or right-click the selection and choose Copy from the popup menu).

Much easier than all that View Source stuff. ;-)

I let them ride behind me without a saddle for the same reason...

After she showed up naked for court in Bend, Utah; the judge sent her briefs to a higher jurisdiction at Straight, Utah.

Seems she didn't want to appear to Bend over backwards overseeing the case. Needed somebody to see the fine points of the law before the case got out of hand.

**I saw her whole body in my rear view mirror..."**

This is so obvious, I'm not even going to crack a joke about it.

Phil,

I think Terry Webb should be on the show. Obvious question to END the interview. "What are you wearingg right now?" Sometimes this is just too easy.

She is an honors college graduate and obviously a free spirit. I think the "Red Zone" will enjoy hearing what she has to say (and imagining what she isn't wearing.

I'm 99.44% sure you'll go with this.

Congressman Billybob

P.S. Felicity Fahrquar has a nice pair of fringed red boots, but we don't have a bicycle, alas.

In the interest of "Fairness" they ought to have the court change the venue to the beach, (not the Heliopolis), of the Cap d'AGDE in France, the only place in the world where, if you are wearing clothes, you WILL be arrested!!!
