Bill Clinton, the former president, said yesterday that terror has existed in America for hundreds of years and the nation is "paying a price today" for its past of slavery and for looking "the other way when a significant number of native Americans were dispossessed and killed."

"We need to strengthen our capacity to chase the money and get it, and we need some legislation on that," said Mr. Clinton, coincidentally on the same day President Bush, who has made freezing terrorist assets a "front" of his war on terrorism, announced the United States has moved to block the assets of 62 persons and groups associated with two financial networks linked to bin Laden.

WAHAT A COMPLETE MAROON! Does this guy spend his time researching what Bushs' next planned announcement is in order to try and sound like it's his idea?

He also championed women's rights in Afghanistan, saying the reason "you see all those sanctimonious guys beating those women with sticks" is because the country's rulers demand strict adherence to the rules.

Here he sounds like he's actually giving an excuse for the beating of women, not championing it.

At the end of his speech, Mr. Clinton — who was impeached for lying under oath about a sexual relationship with a 21-year-old White House intern — said the entire issue revolves around "the nature of truth."

"This battle fundamentally is about what you think about the nature of truth," he said, noting that God has imposed on us the inability to ever know "the whole truth."

And we're supposed to believe a known liar when he talks about truth? Get real, BC! Exactly what the hell were you doing these last 8 years when you weren't focussed on our nations security?!!!

sorry, I couldn't help myself this morning.

What truly sickens me is that his audience were those in the Foreign Service program. This has always been a pipeline to working in the State Department.

Maica, you said it so much more kindly than I. These little bubble-brains lined up to touch him and camped out overnight...

This is the heart of this article. Mindless anti-American drivel from the former Misleader of the free world is completely expected. The problem is mindless students at what used to be a respected place of learning STILL groveling at the crotch of one of the USA's greatest enemies. These little creeps will carry on in his work to destroy America--and all she has stood for--in the future. He is disgusting history; they are the terrifying future.

You guys are right. A lot of these twits who camped out to see Scumbag may be hired at the State Department within the next 1-5 years. I pray Powell has enough sense to prevent that but I'm not sure given how many Klinton holdovers are still up in there.

I hope you're all listening to Rush today, because he led off his program talking about this speech. He is nailing Cliton and the rest of the divisive left for just who and what they ARE.

Cliton is once again proving why he is the beloved king of the hypocrites in the "Blame America First" crowd.

The points Rush is making are worth repeating over and over again. I'm sure he will have them posted at his web site later today: HERE.

For those who can't listen on the radio right now, you can listen at his web site.

"This country once looked the other way when a significant number of native Americans were dispossessed and killed to get their land or their mineral rights or because they were thought of as less than fully human."

This from someone who supports the killing of unborn babies!

Mr. Clinton said America needs to pay more attention to its enemies and to the way the United States is viewed by the rest of the world.

So, what was HE DOING during the last 8 years of his administration???

I had avoided this thread because I had a hunch it would contain more Clinton crap that I am trying to get over. But I had read another thread where Clinton's new outrage was mentioned and so I came here to see for myself. The thread is up to 92 responses so what I have to say may get little notice.

I caught that Clinton was late, which I found unsurprising. His Alma Mater would ask him to make a speech to students, that did not surprise me. Clinton basically blames American whites for being bad guys, and once again accentuates the victimhood of Native Americans, Black Americans, this did not surprise me. Oh, and he blames those evil Christians in the Crusades for being bad guys to Jews and Muslims, that didn't surprise me. This was just Clintonian polarizing groups again so he could feel himself above the fray, hardly surprising. That anything he said had no basis in fact did not surprise me. I was not really surprised that Clinton would say these things in the aftermath of 9-11. What caught my eye while scanning was the phrase:

... students camped out overnight to obtain tickets.

Now that surprised me!

I had to reread it again and noticed the quantifier:

Some students camped out overnight to obtain tickets. This still amazed me. I would like to know how many students and their "profiles". If they camped overnight, then it must be that there was a large crowd expected. If true, America is still in trouble. We'll know that America has recovered when students start protesting Clinton.

I am saying it again !!!!! I HATE Bill Clinton and I would say it to his ugly bulbous nose, chia pet hair, face if I had the chance.

He is the ENEMY of America and has been since the day he was born. He has NO redeeming qualities and should be deep in a dungeon of a third world prison cell with only bread and water ( drops of water) into enternity. No light , no human voices and a bed of nails.

I will not post what I would really wish for him I would be serving tea and crumpets this afternoon to the men in black if I did. But use your wildest imagination, then tripple it.

"Clinton calls terror a U.S. debt to past

He may be right for once in his miserable life.
We may deserve it because
We had a commander-in-Chief getting a BJ while deploying troops
We had a commander-in-Chief bomb an aspirin factory while trying to cover up his shenanigans with female humidor. A fat girl named Monica.
We Slick sold our secrets to China.
We elected a Witch to the Senate.
Pitch IN

Okay-- the First D!ck leaves his Happy Meal long enough to say "we had it coming" and nobody skips a beat, but when Jerry Falwell says something about the judgment of God, everybody has full-blown heart failure... Hmmmmm...

Y'know, just occurred to me, he's pandering to the black constituency again. I've been seeing alot of headlines on this forum about "blacks unsure about their stance with respect to the WTC attacks" and stuff like that-- black leaders calling for blacks NOT to support the country in dealing with this, etc.-- and it occurred to me that this sort of rhetoric is just going to feed that mentality. He's angling for something. Something to think about.

I really wish that someone, anyone, maybe an irate husband, spurned lover, chisled business associate, whatever, would blow his teeny weeny balls off.

I don't think I have ever really hated anyone until this pig and his sow came on the scene.
