Okay, look, I've got processed cheese, both Swiss and American.
I've got string cheese. Mozzarella.
I've got shredded cheese, sharp cheddar, and well, I have a good relationship with cheese.
BUT, I'M WONDERING WHAT THE H**L IS GOING ON WITH CHEESE ON THIS FORUM!!!
If you are encumbered with knowledge about cheese, please link me up with the major cheese post. Thank you.

O.K....to reply to caller #1...
The "cheese" thing probably started a few years ago with a T.V. (remember that?...pre-FR?) commercial which got us all worrying if our dogs were getting enough cheese.
Now, upon careful consideration, we have evidently concluded that they are not, nor are we. Anyway, worrying about it makes a good mental relief, in our trying and regrettably often cheeseless days. Time for that cheese omlette.
A point of clarification:
I am of the opinion that cheese will only clog one's arteries if injected, or if you eat a lot of it, and wait around. Waiting attracts all sorts of trouble, IMHO.

Never, I repeat never get between Bullwinklette and her young uns. You'll be eating more than cheese.
I'm married to a special gal who's survived multiple Moose bites and a plane crash. No kidding. She just loves cheese. Me, I'm a Fuzzy Blue Velveeta man myself.

To: Roebucks
What is moron? Some kind of cracker?
To: PoorMuttly
Goat cheese?Sure. Goat a couple a these morons, too. Have some.
To: PoorMuttly
Moron, to the lesser educated, is sometimes misspelled as moroon. But, or course the former is the nickname for a dummy and the latter, a redddish purple color, or is it colour?
Got Cheese? Wafer it.
