Sheriff's Deputy Shot; Suspect Killed

A sheriff's deputy in eastern Arizona is hospitalized in critical condition after being shot while trying to arrest a suspect. The suspect was in turn shot and killed.

The confrontation occurred in the town of Eager around midnight.

Department of Public Safety spokesman Officer Steve Volden says the Apache County sheriff's deputy was shot twice in the head. He was airlifted to a Phoenix hospital.

His name wasn't immediately released.

Volden says the deputy was among several officers who were attempting to arrest 58-year-old William Milton Cooper of Eagar.

Volden says Cooper had been armed with a handgun. He says details of the shooting will be released later at a news conference. DPS was called in to investigating the shooting.

But didn't he shoot at the police first?? Now what usually happens to people when they start shootin at the cops... They go out feet first don't they??

No one knows exactly what happened but those at the scene. Just like Waco, Ruby Ridge, OK City bombing, etc. Ever heard of cover-ups? Therefore we all have to come to our own conclusions as to what to believe.

They wanted him dead...and he's dead.

Besides Fred, I thought you were "in the know" like the others. You're really tipping your hand this time. You always know everything.

Yeah, well, I may not know Cooper, but I’ll bet I’m the only guy on this thread who has spent nights in Show Low and Springerville.

Say, how’s the deputy doing?

Engaging in fascistic tactics to advance freedom is like "fighting for peace" or "fornicating for chastity."

And I explain to my fellow citizens just how much MORE money eveything they purchase costs thanks to the current tax system--about 40% more. And, BTW, most of them DO pay a fairly steep amount in taxes.

Shooting at cops would have been the least threatening behavior by Cooper to some whom he targeted in his discussion of conspiracy theories.

Cooper's writings essentially expose many potential conspiracies involving domestic enemies of the Constitution linked to Satanism/Luciferianism/supernatural/and issues surrounding UFOs/aliens other grand conspiracy theories. If true in even association, their implications are intriquing and revealing of manmade and evil corruption.

You sure do know a lot about a man you so obviously despise. Did you search up on him because you thought he was so amusing? Or do you follow everybody who you think is "delusional" after reading their website.
He amused you "for years" remember. Some might call your behavior a little "strange". A "normal" person would have never gone back to the website of a person they so vehemently disagreed with, yet you seemed to have done it with relish "for years" while gaining some sort of perverted "amusement".

by his (poohba) own admission, and gets the majority of his learning from books and publications.

No shit, how do you learn?

99% of mans knowledge is recorded in books, and the entire enlightened world consiters books to be a good source of information

Let me guess, you think reading is something only Liberal academic elitists do between between homosexual orgies and readings from the book of Harry Potter,

The only information I have is what is in the articles. Read them just like I did.
You know, if you had read the articles in the first place you wouldn't have to ask. If you want an update call where you have been. They may even remember you. You're such a memorable type chap and all!
Cheerio!

is that FED SHILL Secret Handshake done with the left little pinky or the right one

FED SHILLS work as teams, smirk to each other, and are usually first to slip the word 'tinfoil' into the conversation.

LOL - I find it odd that there's a negative correlation between Freeper support of that fink Cooper, and that other fink, Wesley Cook. I have my theories, but then again - they're just theories.

<< Cooper was a big-time anti-gov patriot radical from mid '90s. He had a large following on radio and published a number of books. My familiarity is only nominal, but I recall his reputation as being fringe fringe, but with a significant following.>> I'm not sure if this is the same guy. I hope not. The Cooper you're talking about was a vocal critic of the new world order. It would be scary if they're starting to track down and shoot people like that. But the article said the man shot was a sheriff's deputy, so I don't think so.

Yeah this education of America is going great. Maybe soon the majority of Americans will outvote those who pay income taxes. Is that the goal? Time for class.

Fighting for change is Fascistic? Gosh. I guess I am just a low-brow idiot Nazi. Maybe those who fought to create this nation were fascists too? What was it they fought for? What were the reasons?

I have to correct my own post. The article said the man SHOT was a sheriff's deputy. It didn't say anything about the suspect but his name.

I ask the same of you...No shit, how do you learn?
Nothing like experience is there. Got any? Reading is only one way of learning, and no, liberals aren't the only ones who read. Of course, reading a broad spectrum of books to gain understanding is something many don't do. They are content with Harry Potter.
Do you read a broad spectrum of books to gain understanding, or do you just let Poohbah think for you?
You say someone is good at something but apparently have nothing to base it upon. You can't even state in your reply what you base it upon.
You do seek to deride and belittle. Sorry, not tonight.

The only jokes I see are NAMMARINE, Poohbah, _Jim, and a couple of others.
Go ahead. Have your laugh.

While you're at it - you might as well take up a belief in every cock-eyed conspiracy theory, UFO and abduction story ever dreamed up and printed.

Meanwhile, the are those of us who live in the objective, real world - a world ruled by the laws of physics, the laws of reason and the laws of the Good Book -

- and not the world dreampt up by a half-baked loon who fought the law ...

Base your existance on the example he set - and you'll wind up proceeding down the same path to insanity and 'KOOK-DOM'.

Well, given that it was William Milton Cooper, who claimed to be a "General" in the "Second Continental Army,"

A couple of people are dead here. Because one is anti-big-government, you see fit to crap all over him. No cute comments about the dead deputy from the assigned SHILL TEAM as yet.

Havent you got a nifty new tax to sell us?
