Sheriff's Deputy Shot; Suspect Killed
A sheriff's deputy in eastern Arizona is hospitalized in critical condition after being shot while trying to arrest a suspect. The suspect was in turn shot and killed.
The confrontation occurred in the town of Eager around midnight.
Department of Public Safety spokesman Officer Steve Volden says the Apache County sheriff's deputy was shot twice in the head. He was airlifted to a Phoenix hospital.
His name wasn't immediately released.
Volden says the deputy was among several officers who were attempting to arrest 58-year-old William Milton Cooper of Eagar.
Volden says Cooper had been armed with a handgun. He says details of the shooting will be released later at a news conference. DPS was called in to investigating the shooting.

Where did he get his information from?

Who do you think wrote that?
I have no idea who wrote that. Being from his website, I'd venture to guess that it was somebody from his staff or family.
I have two....concerns....about this snippet from his website....
It appears at this time to be totally unrelated to the disputes he had with the federal government. All we know at this time is that he was shot and killed by an Apache County Sheriff around 12:15 AM this morning while serving of an arrest warrant on a local issue. A sheriff was also wounded.
Strangely doesn't mention the other sheriff or deputy who was shot twice in the head and killed. Saw that under another thread. On one hand, I find the incident occuring at 12:15am a little fishy. On the other hand, there were 3 previous attempts to serve warrants which he evaded, and it may have been thought that doing it at this time would catch him off guard...and apparently it did.
Remain Calm! This is in no way a cause for action, but all patriots should be on high alert at this time.
The implication here is that all militia's ("patriots") need to be on alert to go against the great evil of our government. Keep in mind, sedition and inciting riots are also unlawful.

The first three words in your post form a factually correct statement.

Is he the guy that said that JFK was bumped off by the Secret Service to prevent him from revealing the truth about our government's dealings with space aliens and their bases on Earth?
(I swear I am not making this up.)

This supposed incident report reads like so much BS, and his resume reads like a bad ego trip.
Wow, he made E-6 in 8 years during Vietnnam era. Know guys who made E-6 on time-in-grade waivers within one year in-country, and these were not Shake 'n Bake NCOs.
Wow, he discovered the truth about flying saucers, wow, he knew who kiled Kennedy, wow, he knew how to beat all the laws, wow, he knew everything about everything and it was all one big conspiracy to take our rights to be stupid. He was an acclaimed international radio host that nobody ever heard on the air.
Of course, these people tell us the only legally constituted law enforcement types in US are Sheriffs, until the Sheriff tries to arrest them for some crime, then the Sheriff is bad too.
Deputies try hard to get him away from house so there would not be a shoot out, but, of course, its all the cops fault.
This nation is in a trying time. We are at war. Last thing we need is people trying to make some whacko into a hero. Be very careful who you make into your heros.

No, it was due to Kennedy's secret affairs with Eleanor Rosevelt and Monica's grandmother.

Perusing his website, I found some writings along the lines of this quote:
Operation Majority is named after the original Bolshevik party which sparked the Russian Revolution. Bolshevik means the majority. The plan claims that if the American people are ever told of this extraterrestrial presence aliens will destroy the United States. All who have access to the plan or who inadvertently discover the plan are silenced by that warning. They believe in the government and thus believe the extraterrestrial lie. These dupes do not know that the Illuminati are the aliens who plan to destroy the United States of America in any event.
Sounds like he was a total nutjob. Being a total nutjob is not a capital crime, however, and it remains to be seen who is in the wrong here.

suppose you have the sedition statutes at hand. Care to cite a Title?Section 2384, Chapter 115, Title 18 U.S.C.
If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

No, but it might give insight into his state of mind--nutjobs aren't known for rational responses to various stimuli, and he may have sincerely believed that the Sheriff was part of the Grand Monster Conspiracy come to silence him, and decided to take as many with him as he could.

Blocked. Now isn't that special. Not really special. It's called a router firewall. Most ISPs can offer the service to customers with dedicated lines.

Government agents attempting to take him by deception IS self-defense. You know, it's inferences like this by the totally mindless that do this site a disservice.
Stop it.
It was the Sherriff's office that did it for Pete's sake ...
