I pre-ordered mine on the 8th of September. I expected it to arrive by now, when I've pre-ordered books before they've actually arrived a day or two before the "official" release date. *sigh* still waiting...

I just today (Friday, Oct. 19) bought mine at Barnes & Noble. Had to ask the clerk, because it wasn't anywhere near the front of the store (near the "Just Released" display with Jeffrey Toobin's book prominently displayed and quickly gathering dust). I asked "why aren't these in the front display" and was told "they just came in..."

By the way, I'm sure you'll pay less on Amazon.com -- no discounting at B&N. I rationalized: it's worth it not having to wait.
