YONKERS - A bizarre accident at Westchester County Airport involved Senator Hillary Clinton's entourage Sunday.
Sources tell News 12 Westchester that a vehicle in Senator Clinton's security team tried to bypass a mandatory check point at the airport, which has been under a heightened state of alert since the terrorist attacks. A county police officer attempting to stop the vehicle from getting through injured his shoulder. That officer was taken to Saint Agnes Hospital in White Plains, and his condition is not known.
Senator Clinton, who turned 54 Sunday, was en route to board a private jet to an unreleased destination. The former first lady could not be reached for comment.

When there are unusual things like this story I follow it back to the source and look around the source to make sure it's real. It was at the original source and it certainly looked like a real site.
It's news items such as this that make me wish that the "days of old" could come back...
when this story would have been almost unnoticed on page 17 of the B section of the paper,
between the obituary column and a truss ad.

Exactly. Can you imagine the gaul of these two? They couldn't wait to be checked?

I hope the officer will recover fully. Still, it could've been worse. He could have looked at her face and turned to stone.

Who is providing the private jets and how often? Are these matters being brought up on the appropriate disclosure forms? After all is said and done, these jerks cannot shock me any more.

Clinton OK After Airport Incident When I read the thread title, I instantly had a mental picture of some arabs trying to stuff white powder into an air-vent, Bubba trying to snort it, and the whole thing turning into a giant cluster-f***.

Thanks.

Great picture! Bill Clinton, green with envy, still lusting for presidential power and prestige, and Hillary, red with anger, can't even look at President Bush. Neither of these disgusting people are thinking about the victims, the country, or the family members of the World Trade Center...they are consumed with self, you can see it on their faces.

These two are miserable creatures. Ignoring them is the best form of a put down I can think of. They need to be fed constantly.

They should have fired an RPG at the vehicle. It would have stopped then.

"...Running down a cop at an airport checkpoint is an act of war nowadays, and the entire convoy should have been brought under fire..." It's 'over the top' criminal, I agree.
Makes me wonder what was in the car that they didn't want found.
