One of the 22 most wanted on the poster George Bush unveiled had been in custody following the '93 attack on the WTC. He gave them a huge amount of evidence about the bombers in that attack. He was intimately involved in the planning of the crime. When the FBI thought they had enough information from him, they let him go. He immediately left the country for Jordan and they haven't seen him since. Further one of the FBI agents who called off the surveillance of the bombers-to-be thought they weren't serious enough to warrant the effort. Needless to say, the WTC was bombed and he was demoted. He is now the Superintendent of State Police in NJ.........g-d help us, and save us from those who are there to protect us.

It honestly feels like about 4 months chronologically for me...

It feels like an earlier lifetime to me, though, in that there are flags everywhere, a prevailing love-of-country feeling in the air, cooperative neighbors, open discussions in public, and everything seems new and different... just like when I was about 8 years old.

It is surprising to me that so many are now surprised. The lack of outrage by the Arab community since the attacks speaks for itself. We have had nothing but some general statements by some slimey people and the sheeple nod their heads and flash the peace sign. It will take another attack to wake up the majority of America. God help us.

I read this earlier today. It's spooky to say the least; but I read everything these days with a skeptical eye.

Thanks for flagging me.

Deportation is in order, especially of people who have shown no sense of honor and loyalty toward the country that has received them in good faith.

I really hope America doesn't literally kill itself by being too PC.

PC must die if we are to prevail. You, me, we all must take a part in this. Challenge PC whenever it comes up in your lives, and write your congresscritters demanding expulsion of all non-citizen Muslims from Middle Eastern states. Let's quit the charade. It isn't a peaceful religion, it is a murderous cult, and should be treated as such. We wouldn't allow Nazis into the country if a country espousing Nazism were still in existence.

Show me "the good Muslims" if you wish to challenge this. They are conspicuous by their silence.

So..I'm wondering...since the FBI is putting out a warning for the next few days....if something happens and we see people being joyful, or celebrating...think they'll take it seriously....also...probably have a lot of Arabs being watched right now....closely...hopefully by their neighbors.

One of our major problems is the almost total lack of accountability of our public officials. Major screw-ups result only in no, or minor, repercussions. In the private sector this guy would have been fired. He should be working security at Wal-Mart, not running the police in New Jersey. New Jersey Freepers - Do you feel good about this?

When will some heads roll at FBI, CIA, INS, etc, over the screw ups that allowed a WTC to happen? What should we expect of a government where screw ups of this magnitude are allowed to occur without consequences? Historically, I don't think Nimitz was running the Pacific for the Navy before Pearl Harbor. Do you know who was? Exactly.

Yeah, everything's coming up roses. Sorry if I don't share your optimism. I'm not saying that nothing good will come of this, but on balance our country is worse off. We're at war.

Yeah, right. A sizeable portion of 10 million people were in on it, and everybody but two schoolkids managed to keep their mouths shut.

What nonsense.

It sounds to me like you're trying to stir people up against Americans of Arab descent. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for the flag.

Brooke Lillman, a 15-year-old sophomore, said that when the news of the attack began circulating in the school, DeLorenzo locked her classroom door, fearing her students could be attacked by their peers.

I notice that DeLorenzo was not afraid her student would be attacked by other Arabs in her classroom. That kind of speaks volumes, doesn't it?

I think a kid drew the artwork after the fact. But why didn't they question the teacher?

The Afghani refugees in Europe were even more than usual in the month before the attack as well.Even the inefficient Greeks were catching at least one shipload a day.

Oh there will be another attack, you can be sure of it. It will be soon too.

Given the attitude of the Islamic people both in the US and abroad, I believe it is past time to deport all non-US citizens from arab/muslim countries. It's a matter of national security.

Dr. Laura Schleisinger(sp?) brought a muslim cleric on her show to take calls last week. Even though he was asked point blank he refused to say that the muslim faith does not sanction these murderous acts. I have yet to hear ANY muslim actually state, unequivocally, that the attack on 9-11 was immoral or otherwise procribed by muslim law as stated in the koran. Oh sure, they "Deplore" this "Regrettable" or "Shocking" event. But they won't come straight out and say that thier faith prohibits such acts nor will they comdemn the actions of the terrorists nor state that such acts are prohibited in thier faith.

What do you think they REALLY believe?

GWB said you're either with us or agin' us. Which category do you think these people, these immigrant muslims, are on? Wanna bet? Wanna bet your life? How about the lives of your family?

I am having difficulty digesting a comment made to my brother by a guy from Yemen. He told my brother last night that his brother was on one of the hijacked planes. Whether or not he meant as a passenger or terrorist, I do not know. I DO know that the "missing" brother was supposed to have taken a trip to NY a few days before the attacks, or so I was told by this guy. Funny thing is that he has not displayed any signs of grieving over a lost brother.
