DISTURBING NEW YORK TRAGEDY CODE CLUSTER EMERGING
BibleCodeDigest.com ^ | 11 OCT 2001 | BIBLE CODE DIGEST.COM STAFF

Posted on 10/10/2001 11:45:30 PM PDT by Quix

FOLLOWING is the latest update on the progress of a growing NYC WTC related Bible Code. ONE aspect of it already has odds of 1 in 4 million occuring by chance. Some aspects of it are entirely new to the phenomenon. The code's obvious relationship to the surface text (Ezek 7:2-8) is also quite sobering. This code has risen to one of the top 5 of all time in terms of statistical probabilities. This is a worthy site for interested people to signup for. Offered as fair use for educational discussion--Q

-----------------

Disturbing New York Tragedy Code Cluster Emerging

We¡¦d Like Your Opinion on It

A troubling new cluster of codes about the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center is taking shape in the early verses of Ezekiel 7, and we aren¡¦t quite sure what it implies. We¡¦d be very interested in your take on it. (You can e-mail us your [perhaps meant for MEMBERS only?] opinion from the link at the bottom of this page.)

The focal code is an unusually lengthy ELS of 28 letters with a very short skip of 15. [This means the statistical probabilities are VERY high against the likelihood of such occurring by chance.]

It reads, ¡§New York: They Accompany the Unfortunate Who Are Stricken In It. The Worshippers Are Gathering Around God.¡¨ Its length and its brevity of skip makes this one of the top five most significant Bible codes ever discovered.

Crossing or coming near these mysterious messages are many brief ELSs that connect with the events of September 11 and that we are working on possibly extending:

Some of these brief ELSs are:

Repent! God Has Responded to the Evil

An Unheard of Disaster

God Struck Evil

Every Evil

In the Morning

an exact crossing of ¡§September 11¡¨ and ¡§2001¡¨

U.S.

bin Laden

Airliner

Firemen

Afghan

Crying

Saddam

Iraq

Conspiracy

Devastation

Grief

Cruelty

Taliban

Terror

Horrible

Destroy

Death

Destruction

Butchery

[Q: Some of the shorter words above in Hebrew would not, in and of themselves be statistically significant. The whole collection of words fitting the situation AND the surface text is incredibly statistically significant. But common sense will tell you the same thing. CLEARLY SOMETHING IS GOING ON for the list of words above to be collected in a tight, small matrix as they are.]

There are some other extremely unusual features to this cluster. In text centered around the lengthy New York code there are far fewer occurrences of the World Trade Center acronym as a code, as if to represent its horrible absence from the Manhattan skyline. The glaring absence of WTC ELSs is so great that the odds it could happen by chance are less than 1 in 10,000.

In addition, there is an apparent representation of a mass graveyard in the same text. There are 13 visible crosses formed by pairs of appearances of ¡§The End¡¨ ELSs that look like this (the blank squares in the matrix represent other Hebrew letters in the text):

[SORRY, I DON'T KNOW HOW TO GET THE GRAPHIC INSERTED. IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF THE SITE AND CAN, GREAT.--Q]

The spelling of ¡§The End¡¨ was taken directly from the literal text of Ezekiel 7:5-6: ¡§Disaster! An unheard-of disaster is coming. The end has come! The end has come!¡¨ While 3.5 such crosses would be expected to occur in this text by chance, the actual appearance of 13 such crosses is extremely unusual¡Xwith odds less than 1 in 4 million. The majority of these crosses appear in two stacks whose centers are only 7 letters apart, as if to represent the Twin Towers.

What makes these curiosities particularly disturbing is the message of the surface text above these very significant Bible code occurrences. Ezekiel 7:2-8 reads (in the New International Version):

Son of man, this is what the Sovereign Lord says to the land of Israel: The end! The end has come upon the four corners of the land.

The end is now upon you and I will unleash my anger against you. I will judge you according to your conduct and repay you for all your detestable practices.

I will not look on you with pity or spare you; I will surely repay you for your conduct and the detestable practices among you. Then you will know that I am the Lord.

This is what the Sovereign God says: Disaster! An unheard-of disaster is coming.

The end has come! The end has come! It has roused itself against you. It has come!

Doom has come upon you„oyou who dwell in the land. The time has come, the day is near; there is panic, not joy, upon the mountains.

I am about to pour out my wrath on you and spend my anger against you; I will judge you according to your conduct and repay you for all your detestable practices.

Double Meaning?

This message came through the prophet Ezekiel for the nation of Israel prior to its being conquered by the Babylonian empire in 587 B.C. This was not the first time God allowed ruthless pagans to devastate Israel in times of its spiritual decline. Given that scholars believe there are many double prophecies in the Bible, or instances where a prophecy is fulfilled once and then fulfilled again in a totally different situation many years later, could it be that this prophecy has a modern application, too?

And is it possible to tie these codes and anomalies beneath it to the United States? Could the ¡§detestable practices¡¨ be our commonplace disregard for the Ten Commandments? Might this not include our worship of self, possessions and success rather than God? Our tolerance of violence in media as well as reality? Our ready acceptance of dishonesty [Q: AND INFANTICIDE?] and adultery in our culture?

Or is it simply a coincidence? Or could it be that our ¡§God Bless America¡¨ slogans are self-serving wishes for God to be on our side even though we habitually ignore God and the Ten Commandments in our daily lives?

What do you think? We would value your opinion as we move forward with this research over the next few weeks. Please send us an e-mail with your thoughts. Send to info@biblecodedigest.com.

I'm open to the Bible codes revealing prophecies of God. But when are these predictions actually going to predict something?

I don't doubt the validity of God's greatness.

I do doubt man's interpetation of it.

In fact, I would go so far as to say that man interpeting God's greatness is what got us busy in Afghanistan.

Having said that, I don't think God would hide meaning in the Bible that you need a decoder ring to decipher.

It borders on blasphemy, IMHO.

Kinda sounds like the wingdings thing. I don't think I'll waste time thinking about it, but it's interesting as a game or puzzle might me assuming I was interested.

It has been a long time since I waded into all that. There have been clear examples but I forget the specifics. Perhaps some experts on that aspect of things will step forward hereon. If not, perhaps a web search would turn something up.

The scholarship of the experts is as high as that of anyone's.

But what is interesting to me whether sociologically or psychologically--why such an aversion to such a simple, easily understood truth?

God has shown a propensity for multiple layers of meaning in things from well before Christ's parables.

People who are into this sort of thing have a need to find "significance" beyond that imparted by the reality in which they live. So, they seek significance in planetary motions, arrangements of debris in teacups, sequences of various kind of cards or devices, the order and arrangement of words and letters in text, and the natural occurence of numbers.

Is this to say that these things have no innate significance? Of course not, but they are not vessels in which significance hides until divined.

It is just that many people are so insensitised to the reality in which they are immersed, that they cannot discern the actual significance of all everyday things - the "writing on the wall" so to speak. So, rather than live in a world devoid of significance, they manufacture significance with cobbled together theories and complex but meaningless calculations as if mathematics alone can bootstrap nothing whatever into something 'significant'.

I would advise these people to find something useful to do, perhaps volunteeer at a hospital or child care center. Obviously the evidence is that they have an abundance of time to waste, and are wasting it indeed.

You claim you're a shrink....

Are we to believe that your comments are those of a board-certified, medical doctor, licensed to practice medicine?

Hey, I have the book right here on my bookshelf. But to be of value, it has to have the property of predictability. It's like Nostradamus so far. Only looking back. I don't have an aversion. If that is simple, easily understood, or the truth, I can't see it.

As a shrink, it is difficult to understand your conviction about it. . . .

As a normal human being, it is difficult to understand how you could somehow take Giddyup's statement "I think it's BS" and interpret it to mean that he has a "conviction" about it. You THINK it's true. He THINKS it isn't. Yet his belief is a "conviction" (and of course you are attempting to use the word in a negative context) whereas you are merely enlightened. Dream on.

To say nothing of your completely false (and, one would think, embarrassingly arrogant) implication that because you're a psychiatrist (if you even are), that somehow makes your beliefs about Biblical prophesy even one iota more informed than his.

I came to the Bible Codes curious. I didn't like Drosnin's book.

But I fair-mindedly kept tabs on the progress of the research. It has matured as any young scientific discipline will. Given their recent experiment with the fierce statistically professional skeptics, they can stand solidly on the evidence.

It is interesting that folk hereon profess to know more about statistics and probability than the lifelong professors of probability who were the agnostic, atheistic skeptics who were so rabidly hostile to the Codes initially. An interesting blind faith phenomenon. At least those skeptics have had the fair-mindedness to accept the evidence even though it has shaken their paradigms of reality most seriously.

Of course, one can choose a kind of narrow-minded blind faith about most anything one wants to do so about. But the notion that doing so is somehow more scientific, more rational, more believable--really--come now. Reasonable discourse tends to require some minimal amount of reason.

That discussion is an extensive one best viewed at the site. Those discussions are dozens of pages long and involve no small amount of juried articles as well.

Try reading the 22nd Psalm. It is a depiction of the enemies surrounding David of Israel, yet it is also clearly a depiction of the crucifixion of Christ. Hence, two events for one account.

Someone at my office had posted a completely secular statement of how the WTC had stood as a symbol of "peace for mankind" since it represented trade between so many nations of the world. I was struck at how much that story paralleled the story of the tower of Babel, in Genesis!!

Evidently you failed to understand the meaning of my poor English. I'm sorry for my poor communication skills.

What is so difficult about understanding that if a normal probability exists of X for a certain presence of a certain set of characters--but the absence of such far, far exceeds that probability, then SOMETHING is OBVIOUSLY going on.

Perhaps you are unaware that in a black and white picture, the white spaces are significant.

The 22nd Psalm has applied for thousands of years to millions of situations. That is the beauty of it. That doesn't make it prophesy. Look, I don't mean to be a horse's rear end to you. You may be right. I should do some research on these two-fers.
