I share correspondence with folks who are much more likely to don their Tin Foil Hats than yers truly, so I know this post can be used to subliminally bring up a number of issues. Second, as I am a libertarian, you realize that I cannot be in favor of Federalizing State and Local Police Forces...creating a veritable Police State. In this assumption, you are indeed correct.
