So the punk cleric wants to play "let's make a deal" again? Give him the bomb behind door number three.

I propose we send Bagdad Bob in to "negotiate" with him. It is that series.

Every day al-Sadr draws breath, he gets stronger and more influential.
He should have been taken out months ago.
If the IGC doesn't take him out, WE will regret it in the near future, ala bin Laden, Sadam Hussein, et al.

You are joking, right? No, I was just curious. It looks kind of UNish, but then it could be some kind of Muslim Ummah thing.

Fool me once, shame on you.
Fool me twice, shame on me.
Fool me three times, shame on me.
Fool me four times, shame on me.
Fool me five times, shame on me.
Fool me six times, shame on me.
Fool me seven times, we're tired of being shamed. Prepare to die.

Sadr, IMHO, is somewhat retarded and is being directed by Iran and the insurgents. He inherited his position by default after the death of his very intelligent father. Evidently, he lost out on the gene pool.
I'd say the Iranians are telling him his choices are to either get the US Troops out of Najaf and he will get 24/7 access to the Muslim Buffet or get ready for the 72 Virgins (which I don't think he would have any idea what he would do with them).
Unfortunately, if we don't take him and his "followers" out there will continue to be war in Iraq, this time between Iraq and the Iran. Don't be surprised if the Iranians test their nuke power on Iraq when they hear Sadr is DOA along with his band of brothers.
Unfortunately, I don't think the White House planned on this pudgy pilgrim of Mohammad lasting this long. He should have been taken out months ago when they trotted him out in a drug induced state of mind. IMHO, those eyes aren't dropping because of lack of sleep.

Al-Sadr is the next Saddam Hussein.
He must - but won't - be removed.
We will be dealing with this assclown for the next 20 years as it appears that our political leaders here don't have the guts to do what is necessary there. Hopefully, we won't arm this next dictator like we did Saddam in the early 80s.

New cease fire proposal from the US Military.
If Al Sadr comes out alone with his hands up, we won't shoot at him.
Shalom.

Anyone else as tired of this guy as I am? Let's talk 'surrender'.

Hate to say it, but you exaggerated. Fool me seven times, we're tired of being shamed. Prepare to die.
Case in point: Sharon and Arafat. That has been going on years.

CNN report on al-Sadr's militia. Sadr is using male children younger than age 10. They have guns and are active members of Sadr's militia.
[That is part of what the Interim Iraqi Government and US troops are facing.]
