The Tobacco Settlement Money is already being paid entirely by smokers who pay taxes on cigarettes, and the glutton lawmakers just want to bleed the smokers out of more tax money. Yes! Where exactly is their 50 billion going that is coming into the state? And they want more tax money on cigarettes? They must think we are stupid out here!
