My only complaints right now are coughing and Plavix (cold all the time) and Digitalis (makes my heart beat long and pronounced...buuurrrdurrump..lol).
Walked almost a mile today on flat ground...felt fine.
Regards.

Sounds like you're progressing just fine..
It took me a couple of weeks to get around the damned block..
I was afraid to go without my son or soninlaw....BIG guys..
If you keep a log - you'll be able to notice your improvements much more clearly and encouraging!
I couldn't stand the Hospital Physical ReHab program -- where Nurse Cratchet was trying to kill me... Finally, my doctor allowed me to substitute ourside exercising on a bike..
I bought a new bike - and never looked back.
I love it - here in California there are only short periods during the year you can't be out on a bike...
My neighborhood is at the base of a mountain...so if I go North - it's flat... South is straight uphill (to hell with that) and West or East --- soft rolling terrain...
Hold up on the bike, until you get rid of your light headedness -- and the doctor releases you for physical exercise...
Good luck
