A Message of SUPPORT for our Troops deployed in harms way.

VetsCoR is pleased to present: a CD message of support from America to our Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines and Coast Guardsmen deployed in the Middle East, and other places around the globe, in the ongoing war on terrorism. This CD will have an auto-executable 33 minute slide show containing OVER 500 pictures of rallies of support from 90 rallies in over 80 cities that were held during the month of March. In addition to the picture slide show, we have included music to lift the spirits of our warriors deployed, to let them know we love them and appreciate the sacrifice they're making in our name and on behalf of FREEDOM.

VetsCoR collected OVER 600 photos from 90 PRO-TROOP rallies around the country, and it was a tough job to select the best of those submitted, but our committee of one did yeoman's work on this project.

Click here (download from VetsCoR) or here (from Free Republic) to view a 5 minute segment from the slide show in .wmv (Windows media viewer) format (approx. 13.5mb). Click here to watch a RealMedia streaming preview. Other formats will be posted as soon as possible.

The master CD is ready to be duplicated, and now we need your help. To get the CD duplicated and mailed out requires money. Our estimate is $5,000.00 to duplicate 1000 CDs and to mail the CDs to the recipient. Please click here to make a donation via PayPal to help us complete this project and get the CDs to our troops in the field. If you want to donate but are uneasy about donating online, please send your check, in whatever amount and payable to VetsCoR, to:

Neil E. Wright, Executive Director
VetsCoR
1976 Havasu Garden Drive
Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404-9528

(Pending a positive determination by the IRS on our 501(C)3 filing, donations MAY be tax deductible.)

If you have a family member deployed, and would like to send them a copy of the CD, please click here. (VetsCoR will mail a copy of the CD FREE to any APO/FPO or military address.) If you want a copy of the CD and you are not a member of the Armed Forces, you may order a copy for $5.00 each. Go to the donation link above and make your payment, then email the executive director. Upon receipt of payment confirmation, we will mail you a copy of the CD.

May God Bless and Protect our troops deployed in harms way. And may God Bless America.

The people in the Hobbit Hole can vouch for my
integrity... (I hope...LOL!)

Yeah, we'll vouch for her, and so will the folks at her local Ace Hardware/Post Office. She brings them chocolate chip cookies to thank them for their help getting the packages sent!

I'm going to buy a couple right now. I can think of a certain POW from Vietnam I'm going to send it to as a gift. :o)

It really serves as a message to those who served before too.

I think copies should be sent to the Pentagon too. They would LOVE it!! As well as Our Commander in Chief, VP Cheney, Sec. Rumsfield and Sec. of State Colin Powell. Gen. Franks and Gen. Meyers can look at the Secretary of Defenses. So I guess I'll buy 5 copies.

I will send in my donation and purchase CD's via snail mail. I have family and a family friend serving over in Iraq, I will purchase the CD's for them and I will mail the CD's to them. Thank You to all involved for all the hard work that was put into this wonderful project.

Thanks for the ping Vets and Tonkin, was wondering about this project recently.

I get a bunch of characters on screen rather than opening my Media Player. I have to copy the URL into Windows Media Player...what the hey?

For everyone's information, the CD is much clearer and in focus, except for a few small file photos that had to be enlarged. Plus, the music picks up after the second song.

I just sent the check for my copies :o)

This is so great.. the people who did get out and support the troops WILL LET IT BE KNOWN they did!!

I'm getting two now,.. but I can think of a lot of ways to get more and use them. We live by an Air Force Base, I was thinking it would be really neat to give one to the Base Commander. If someone doesn't know how to get on base, then go to the cities mayors. They have contact with Base Commanders.

This is a really beautiful CD. Just blown away by the professional quality and beauty of it.
