The state's temporary limit on size of gatherings violates the First Amendments "Assemble Peaceably" clause. The limit on size of gatherings for religious groups violates the First Amendments "Free Exercise" clause. There is no pandemic exception to the First Amendment in the United State Constitution. People should have the freedom to choose rather or not to go to a gathering. Many of us would rather take risks that make us happy, rather than live sad because many people are scared of COVID-19. We believe that states which do not follow the United States Constitution bring confusion. Not all states have a limitation of the size of gatherings. Overturning state limits would be fair and bring more freedom to all Americans.
Please provide some appropriate cases.
Zactly. Same for the diabetics that eat sugar, no healthcare for them either.. but why stop there.. if you are speeding and get into an accident, dont bother dialing 911. If you drink after developing cirrhosis.. We all know that processed foods and meat plus sugar make cancer worse as well.. so no treatment if you eat a fast food meal after being diagnosed with cancer.
There are literally hundreds more diseases we could list.
Heck, i think you and i just solved the healthcare shortage. No treatment for anyone if an expert has scientific evidence that their actions are causing or worsening their condition.
Boy, this response sure didn't age well.
No kidding, buncha responses here I hope posters are ashamed of.
Why in the world did you search for a two year old response from someone who makes minimal comments here?
In answer to your stalking behavior, at the time in 2020, we did not know how serious Covid was. I ,at first, agreed with the restrictions, as did Trump. But when it seemed more political than science, I changed my mind.
Just one of those things.
In answer to your stalking behavior,
I'm peeking in your window right now!

Relax. I wasn't bagging on you. All I said was, the comment didn't age well.
Hell, I regret a comment I made, too! I used to be a Federal Contractor for the CDC, and I contacted my bud in Infectious, and he told me this was a big deal. I didn't know then, how politicized the CDC had become, so I relayed it to my fellow freepers. You think that comment aged well???
Relax.
Ok, I am relaxed now.
Become a puddle of relaxation.
