Have you had enough of:
U.S. Government now approaching 23 Trillion dollars in debt, and still borrowing about One Trillion more dollars every year. Thats about 3 Billion new dollars borrowed every day.
Congress funding abortions with your tax dollars
Government taking one-fourth of the average paycheck, while sending money to other people who refuse to work and occasionally bailing out companies like General Motors and CIT Group, who have failed to repay billions of dollars to the taxpayers
Courts forcing private business owners to fill orders that violate their ethical standards...

It reflects the original intent of the U.S. Constitution, similar to libertarianism, except it protects unborn human life and national borders.

It’s a very interesting document.
I look forward to reading all of it tomorrow.
Well, at least somebody is being proactive.
Best place to go after reading the home page is their FAQ at

Then the main body of the new constitution on the white pages is pretty dry, as you might expect.
My hat is off to you sir!
A lot of us (myself included until around 2013) have some kind of irrational worship for the US Constitution (as amended)... there are thoughts of “restoration” or “reclaiming” the type of political system we had in the first 120 (or 80, depending upon your personal view of States’ Rights) years of our nation. That ship sailed after 1913.
My epiphany came after the court decision for Obama care. I understood then that our Constitution had flaws and that those flaws had been exploited or expanded radically by bizarre court decisions that defied common sense. Those decisions certainly fit in with the desire of far too many evil people that want you to live according to their desires and seek constantly to get the power to do so.
The constitution of 1789 is the oldest in the world. It has been abused so badly that at this point, fixing it is not possible; it needs to be scrapped. We have learned plenty of lessons over the last 230 years; we can come up with a better governing document.

Had to reacquaint myself with that PoS ruling and yeah — if I’m growing dope in Kali where it’s legal and selling my dope to another Kali resident, WTH business is that of ANYONE in DC?
Over reach and federal power grabbing again. {spit}
Justice Thomas’s dissent pointed out that DC now has the power to regulate anything, down to and including church suppers.
People in dc will always find a way to overreach. They need to be flushed every 4-6 years and restarted like an ectasketch
The LibertyLifeboat.org document, IF adhered to, would severely restrict the DC types from overreaching.
By starving them of deficit spending and taxing income.
Therefore, their power to bribe, buy votes, and horse-trade would be virtually non-existent.
.
you can stay within budget and still exercise unconstitutional powers.
Yes.
Any document can only do so much. Have you read any of that one.
It also relies on a highly accountable (as mandated) judiciary to apply the very basic and specific principles that are spelled out in the document.
The document specifies that judges are NOT appointed for life.
And ultimately, the people could remove them much more easily than is possible in today's U.S.

Does it have a death penalty for any legislator or executive who passes or signs a law resulting in a net loss of individual autonomy?
No, but it prohibits government from encroaching on individual liberties.
It doesn't prescribe penalties. Penalties would be determined by lawmakers and judges.
Fair enough. The penalty for treason wasn’t defined in the original Constitution either.
Unfortunately, I think several amendments may be needed.
