Audio: Ron Paul shocked to find he’s associated with Trutherism
Hot Air ^ | 7/25/07

Does he … not know what Alex Jones’s radio show is about? Does he think it’s some sort of “local interest” program? He makes regular appearances on it; isn’t it about time someone clued the great man in?

The only true Constitutionalist on the horizon, and a certain group will stop at nothing to trash him and his supporters.

I think another poster (rightly) has this comment in their tagline: "Ron Paul is to Constitutionalism what Fred Phelps is to Christianity."

And trust me, you don't need me to trash L. Ron and the Paulites--you're doing that job quite well enough on your own.

RP allready showed what he thinks when he warned that the US govt would stage a terror act...

He’s nutty as a squirrel turd...

You mean like the Gulf of Tonkin incident?

You're right. The government would neverdo anything like that.

Governments do a lot of bad things, even evil ones. Does that make Ron Paul is correct to blame the US for 9/11 or that they’re going to do a Gulf of Tonkin?

Hunter and Tancredo are chopped liver, and wouldn't recognize the Constitution if it bit them on the ass.

RP supporters like both of them quite well generally. And the three do work together and vote many issues together.

Do you have an audio or video link to this? I don’t believe he said anything about a staged terror attack.

I smell a skunk.

Look, I'm not a hateful person or anything --L. Ron

Which would explain his great support from such "loving" folks as Stormfront, etc...

"If you have ever been robbed by a black teenaged male, you know how unbelievably fleet-footed they can be." --L. Ron

"I think we can safely assume that 95 percent of the black males in that city are semi-criminal or entirely criminal." --L. Ron

"Opinion polls consistently show that only about 5 percent of blacks have sensible political opinions, i.e. support the free market, individual liberty and the end of welfare and affirmative action." --L. Ron

“we are constantly told that it is evil to be afraid of black men, it is hardly irrational. Black men commit murders, rapes, robberies, muggings and burglaries all out of proportion to their numbers.” --L. Ron

“By far the most powerful lobby in Washington of the bad sort is the Israeli government” --L. Ron

Get real. The man is a joke. He's a dumbed down Pat Paulsen.

And so...that would be why you troll RP threads, posting endlessly, quite often posting accusations or material that you know has already been refuted?

So if he is just a joke as you say, what does that make you for obsessing about him?

I “troll,” says you. Oh, I see, you can protest the original posts, but I cannot say a word against your beloved “Ron.” Please. Grow up. It’s called a difference of opinion. That’s “what” [sic] make me obsess. He’s the candidate of those who want America to be defeated in Iraq and for Iran to be triumphant, for our allies, like Israel to be abandoned, for the American Nazis who can quote him and feel in fine company, for the supporters of pot smoking to be sure he’ll make it the law of the land, and for those who pine for Gay marriage to be as acceptable to feel they’ve a kindred spirit. You figure it out why on a conservative website I “troll” to state my objections to this goofball.

Been hanging out at the Lefty sites, I see.

Those remarks were published in 1992, when he was out of office. Although published in his newsletter, they were written by others according to RP. He hasn't identified who they were though.

Look at the D.C. crime statistics and their "congressperson", Eleanor Holmes Norton. If RP was exaggerating about D.C., it wasn't by much.

As for the Israeli lobby, I don't believe any foreign government should be allowed to lobby our government to give them our money. Neither does Ron Paul. They should be barred from even making such requests. Ron Paul speaks against and votes against all foreign aid. However, the success of AIPAC makes it an outstanding example. At present the current $15 billion aid package for Africa, soon to be expanded to $30 billion (over five years), is one of the first times outside Iraq that any country or region has gotten more money than Israel. Israel has a number of remarkable sweet deals with us that have nothing to do with defense of Israel itself ("loaning" them money for defense which we forgive the debt a few years later, etc.). And yet, Israel is hardly a poor country. Personally, I don't approve of charity for foreign nuclear powers like France, Britain, China, Russia, North Korea, India, Pakistan, Israel. If you're rich enough to build nukes, pay your own way.

I “troll,” says you.

I did not say that. I said you were trolling. I didn't say you were an actual troll which is far worse, akin to an infiltrator or disruptor.

To me, trolling is hacking on a topic or especially a candidate endlessly. For instance, I troll on the Julieannie threads. And I'm proud of it! LOL.

[Now I suppose you'll tell me how proud you are to troll RP threads...]

Looks to me like the first part of his job, the one he swore to do, is “supporting and defending the Constitution”.

That's a laugh. Considering the 536 hacks he sits with in Washington do their best every day, and have done their best for the past century, to walk all over that document

Doesn’t matter when they were published, toots. He uttered them (or at least published them). His name, his responsibility. Or is that concept too difficult for you to grasp?

Spin that one.

Remember the 9/11 Commission with Gorelick, Sandy "Ham" Burgler et al? I think it was a exercise in who was going to define the context in which 9/11 occurred, and hence skew the conclusions that might be drawn from the event itself (was Clinton to blame? Was Bush? Was lousy intelligence at fault? Was quality intelligence ignored?) So yeah, Freepers have been complaining about the government's 9/11 hearing for years. And yes, Sany and Gorelick and for that matter Kean and the other dunderheads did cover up a great deal, albiet mostly (I think) in the beltway "let's cover each other's asses and live to pontificate another day" mode.

The implication that the commission could not get to the bottom of a can of Pringles much less the 9/11 autrocity hardly makes Paul a truther. He must have stepped on MM's toes. She is sometimes savvy, but this essay stank. She is carrying buckets of poop for someone and must want something in return.

They don't bother me. I think D.C. crime is a national scandal, that D.C. voters (remember Marion Barry?) are idiots, and I oppose all foreign aid.

So I'm not bothered in the least.

Oh, I see the distinction when you wrote: "And so...that would be why you troll RP threads, posting endlessly, quite often posting accusations or material that you know has already been refuted?" And I wrote that you said "I troll."

Pauoluyps claim to be supporters of the US Constitution and the ultimate authorities on it. Do you believe that our Constitution allows US citizens to voice opposition to the Saviour, Ron Paul?
