He has a 0.00000001 percent chance of winning the Republican nomination. Perhaps he will improve to 0.0000001

I want to know how Ron Paul gets away calling himself a libertarian when he wants to spend “trillions” we are spending in Iraq, on education and health care in the US???

I worked on Paul's early campaigns and he has represented me for years. IMHO the best thing would be for him to just retire. I'd prefer that he not only not be anywhere the presidency but that he'd also get the heck out of congress.

Be grateful the AMs let you post at all. This stuff is rightly treated as sideshow comedy.

I foresee another clean-up of RINOs on this forum in the near future. Time will tell....

That must have been before Fred Dalton Thompson made his candidacy official by accepting campaign donations at
I'm With Fred.com, where I just donated a hundred dollars and signed up for a recurring donation of $50 per month.
Rudy McRomney and all the other third-tier candidates, including L. Ron, are now officially toast.

The other stuff from Ron Paul 2008 wasn’t...why this?
I like Tancredo, but Paul is my second favorite. You figure the guy opposed to gun rights, pro-life ideals and securing the border (Rudy Giuliani) would be the one treated like the side-show comedy his candidacy actually is.

Tancredo’s fine with immigration, but he’s too unappealing as a Presidential candidate. He might be better off with a Senate run. Rudy’s liberal, and on that we’re in agreement, and is treated as such on FR. Paul’s just a nut. Fred can go the distance.

For someone who doesn’t have a chance, you and others sure waste a lot of time worrying about him.
