Thought that with the Constitution Party being the third largest political party in the USA, perhaps people would like to see what a real "Pro-Life" President, would be like. As opposed to the current "pro-life with exceptions" President that we have now.

Anyone who votes for him had also better get used to how pro-life President Kerry will be, because every one of them will be helping to put him in the Oval Office.

Actually it shows us nothing of the sort. Third party candidates have an inherent advantage in their campaigns, they can promise you everything you want because they will never have to deliver on a single promise. This guy can "claim" that as president he will end abortion, remove all restrictions on gun ownership, make homosexual marriage illegal, end the war on drugs and seal our borders...and in reality he can provide nothing.

As it's been said the previous times this has been posted.

The guy doesn't know what he's talking about as the President can not outlaw abortion by EO.

Thus, under my presidency, Roe v. Wade will not be enforced, and the member states of the Union could again open their criminal codes and begin the prosecution of the doctors and parents who would contract for the murder of an unborn child without fear of reprisal from the Chief Executive.

Nor would Peroutka enforce the Patriot Act, or, likely, the Voting Rights Act.

That's what we need, an anarchist in the White House.

And you wonder why American voters don't take clowns like this seriously.

He's getting my vote. I'm done with Socialist and Socialist lite. The CP is the fastest growing party in the US. If all the Independents unite under it, we could kiss the cabal goodbye.

In case nobody noticed, the president signed a partial birth abortion ban. It is being tossed around in the courts. And in spite of the law, abortion providers have done partial birth abortions, admitted to it publically, and not been prosecuted.

Will someone please tell this guy to run for DA? Or judge? Or maybe he could campaign against Democrats in the Senate who are holding up pro-life appointees to the federal judiciary.

But even if he gets elected, I don't see him being able to do squat. I get the feeling that maybe he is more caught up in attaining a position of power in the pro-life movement than actually helping that movement to accomplish anything.

I believe our nation will eventually reap the full consequences of our legalized holocaust.

I liked it the way it was pre-Roe v. Wade. Abortion was legal in some states and illegal in others. That's because the American people hadn't made up its mind on the issue. That's the beauty of a federal system.

It makes it possible for 50 legislative laboratories to try different combinations of tax structures, intrusive regulation, etc. People are then free to vote with their feet to live in a legal environment closest to their own values.

That all got short circuited by a majority of 9 non-elected justices legislating from the bench. Congress -- being subject to popular vote -- didn't have the b*lls to hash the issue out on the floor for all to see.

This is why the Left is so hysterical about controlling SCOTUS. As Bork had put it, potential justices who would simply interpret the law in terms of the Constitution are a threat. Elitist legislation would never pass in Congress, so it must be imposed by Philosopher Kings in robes.

BTW, this 3rd party candidate makes me suspicious because he's not saying how his proposals will get passed through both houses of Congress. Big on promises, small on explanations, like a cult leader or salesman.

I certainly hope he means "abortion-free", as in "free of abortions."

"Abortion Free America" without the hyphen is a totally different concept than with.

VERY, very sloppy writing. Legal cases are won and lost on issues just like this.

In fact, I am so pro-life, that if elected I promise that abortion will end my first day in office.

Amazing that a "Constitution Party" candidate would have no concept of constitutional law.
