On Pentecost, thousands heard the word and believed. Others heard and rejected. Clearly, there's free will at work there.
There are many others.

The passages you provideed do not answer the question of who believes or why. Again, no where does the scripture say it is through Free Will. Rather, a closer examination of Scripture will provide answere to who and why.
Matt 22:14 "For many are called, but few are chosen."
1 Peter 2
8and,
"A stone that causes men to stumble
and a rock that makes them fall." They stumble because they disobey the message--which is also what they were destined for.
