That the problem. However, there are a combination of certain errors in this text as well as certain details known only to a select few priests that the list of possible authors is very short. We pretty much know which priest is behind this, if not the actual writer of the text.

Polycarp,
Damn!!! You da man!!! We managed to get rid of our homosexual priest at St. Pius X here in Dallas. It will be a cold day in Hell before I'll let some cock-sucking, butt-fucking faggot stand at the altar of almighty G-d and tell me how to live a moral life.
I left Holy Trinity Seminary many moons ago because I realised I would not be able to keep the vow of chastity. I did the right and honorable thing and left. There was no way I was going to bring any dishonor on the office of priesthood. These chickenhawks make me want to puke.
on top of that these lame excuses for priests sound like they belong to act-up. Publish everything you can on them.

I don't believe priests who are openly homosexual belong in positions of authority within a Church which considers homosexuality a sin, much less be protected from public exposure over sexual misconduct.
However, if those trying purge the Church of these influences have a reputation of homophobic hatred rather than moral conviction and compassion on this issue...this ultimately and unfortunately will strengthen the case of those who want to compromise the Church's position on issues of sexual morality.

Whereas, in response to this threat, the Priests Federation of Altoona-Johnstown was secretly formed by 26 clrgy of this Diocese to demand the rights and dignity of all priests be respected and protected by our bishop.I suspect, and hope, their head count of 26 clergy is inflated. The homosexual community is known to inflate their numbers in an attempt to justify their deviant behavior. You may have most of the names already. But don't be surprised if once "outed" they try to drag down as many good priests as they can, by false accusations.
To: Jorge
a reputation of homophobic hatred rather than moral conviction and compassion on this issueThose on the side of the homosexual agenda see anyone with any moral conviction and passion on the issue as a "hate-filled homophobe."
Therefore "homophobe" is no more appropriate a word to use in normal debate on this issue than is "faggot."
Both are equally demeaning and hateful words.
Given the far far higher number of times the derogatory label "homophobe" is misapplied to good decent folks, I'd say the word "homophobe" is even more insulting/demeaning than its counterpart, "faggot."
Besides, this is about protecting my boys from homosexual molesters. I have no mistaken notions that I must be "compassionate" to those homosexual priests who would bugger my children. I know too many of their victims to error on the side of a false compassion when dealing with these homosexual priests.

The only way to restore confidence in the Catholic church in Altoona-Johnstown-State College is to root out the homosexual cabal of priests - permanently. Homosexual men should be screened out before they enter the seminary, and those who slip by initial screening should be expelled as soon as their perverse behavior is discovered. They are a blight on the church.
The recent problems of sexual molestation in the church are best described as homosexual statutory rape. Out of control homosexual priests who molest sexually mature young boys.
They must be exposed, disgraced, de-frocked, and jailed for their sick crimes.
How many young lives have these sick perverts destroyed forever?

Why do you RC folks remain so loyal to such an awful institution? It's such a mystery to we on the outside. >>
Very simple: there's a big difference between Judas and Peter. And yet both, by definition, were bishops.
One cannot leave the truth, however much the institutional leaders of the perveyors of the truth are liars.

To all of you,
If I offended anyone with my comments, I'm sorry. My church means so much to me. I cannot but feel distain for these individuals who have destroyed the faith and innocence of so many. I get very motivated when I read about them.
Due to someone posting an article from the Washington Times I was made aware of the nature of one of our priests. We don't put up with that at our church and not only was he not assigned to another parish, but was defrocked. Deo gratias! Dr. Kopp keep doing what you are doing.
To: TEXASPROUD
Your response was OK. The visceral repulsion it engenders is a natural, wholesome, and common sense response.

Those on the side of the homosexual agenda see anyone with any moral conviction and passion on the issue as a "hate-filled homophobe." In many cases this is true. I've been called a "hate-filled homophobe" by some so-called "gay Christians" simply because I believe God calls homosexuality a sin in the Bible.
Doesn't matter to them that I have gay and lesbian friends who I care about as people...according to them I am still a homophobe who wants gays dead, locked up or in concentration camps. This is of course absurd.
Therefore "homophobe" is no more appropriate a word to use in normal debate on this issue than is "faggot."
Both are equally demeaning and hateful words.
Not necessarily. "Faggot" is a hateful term for those who can be refered to as homosexual or gay.
We can use one of these other terms and avoid being being insulting and demeaning or hateful.
When homophobe is used inappropriately it is also insulting and demeaning...but there are also times when this term is fair and accurately applies to a person's attitude toward gays.
There are some people who genuinely are homophobes. And my point was that when those people get involved in the public debate it is counterproductive.
It actually helps the homosexual cause gain support.

Thanks, R B Jones, that was a stand-up response!
And it also made me think. In a way this is nothing new; of course the forces of evil have always tried to infiltrate and infect The Church. What else would they do to their enemy? Many times this has led to huge, long and brutal struggles to set things right again, but good has always prevailed in the past, and I belive it will again.
.....And anyways, I'm not much for runnin' and hindin'!

If I offended anyone with my comments, I'm sorry. My church means so much to me. You do realize that it's difficult for most people to place much value on shocking and vulgar rhetoric as a genuine expression of the Church's desire for Holiness.
It just sounds a bit hypocritical. And I'm glad you apologized.
