In the thread Where have all the FR Protestants Gone?, which as you know evolved into a discussion of what constituted "bashing behavior", CTID made the following comment:

"The reason I think that a lot of Protestants on FR are bigots is because they're acting like bigots, not because I'm paranoid or hallucinating."

I accused CTID of Protestant bashing, and he responded:

...(c)alling someone a bigot as an observation is not "smearing" and "bashing." I'm not misrepresenting anyone's beliefs; I'm making an observation on people's actions. The owner of the site seems to be in agreement.

I contacted JR and the mods (sounds like a bad 60s acid rock band, I know) to a) confirm if CTID's statement was bashing, and b) if CTID speaks for the mods. I addressed this to both JR and the Admin Mod three times - twice in the forum, and once privately. They steadfastly refused to respond, or to address/remove the offending comment.

Therefore, I made the following conclusion, which I still maintain - until the mods decide to address CTID's post or amend their "civility/bashing" rules, that is:

..."Can't say I'm not disappointed, Jim. I'm taking from your silence that CTID is correct, and his behavior - especially on this thread - has your approval. Since CTID has been given a License to Bash Observe by the mods, hereafter I start assuming that I have been given a License to Bash Observe, too.".

Thus, in this forum we currently enjoy the License to Observe, baby. Suck eggs or change your behavior, if you don't like what we observe.
