The Devil at Your Doorstep.

Many true believers in Christ do doorstep evangelism. This is what the bible tells us to do. We must preach the gospel. That is commanded to us from the great commandant. Jesus commanded us to go and preach to all the world. We must because it is a matter of heaven and hell for most people. None of us are exempt from this commandment but I am afraid that most Christians never do. They think that they have to be called in order to share the gospel, but my bible is very clear on this. It is what we are to do as Christians. We obeyed GOD in baptism we obey him in meeting with other believers and even many of us obey the authority of the church, but sadly too many of us do not witness the good news.
There are others who visit people’s doors that do not bring the gospel and if they do bring a gospel it is another gospel, which is not a gospel at all. There is a counterfeit at work. You more than likely know of these people, the most common are the Mormons and the Jehovah’s witnesses. 2 Corinthians 11:13. For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. 14. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.15. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. We must be very careful whom we listen to. That is why the authority of the New Testament Church is so important. That is why you need to get into a church that teaches from the KJV-bible only. A church that teaches that way is very hard to find. I drive over 60 miles back and forth just to get to such a church. Once you find a church as this submit to it.
The church I go to is an unaffiliated independent fundamental Baptist church; their doctrine is out of the KJV bible. I went to many churches, some were apostate churches and some were just dead, Some of the so-called modern churches with their modern music with the rock beat and there watered-down sermons that only talked about the easy stuff, where repentance is hardly heard. But what I want to talk about is the churches that have veered so far away from the truth or in most cases never had the truth from the start.
2 Corinthians 11:4. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him. Yes there are the ones who teach another Jesus out there, or in other words another savior. Jesus said he was the only way. 1 john 2:18. Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. Often times when we think antichrist, we think of movies in the seventies where some rich prep school kids wreak havoc on the world. The bible says there are many antichrists. The word antichrist means to be against but in proper English it can also mean in place of or to replace. So antichrist can also mean those who claim to be Christ, those who say they stand in his stead or those who claim to be a sort of messiah themselves. There are those who took these claims and have come and gone, yet what they taught still remains. I am thinking of the Baha’i faith, a false religion started by a false Christ. Matthew 24:5. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Galatians 18. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. Even if an angel from heaven. You should know that one third of the angels from heaven followed Satan and work against GOD. There are to very large religions where this is very true on the Mormon Church, which was started from an angel named Moroni. The angel Moroni was one of those angels that work with or for Satan. The Mormon Church is a false church started by an angel and they use another gospel, not only that but they retract from who Jesus is. The second is what I call the most deadly religions today and perhaps the most cruel and evil in world history. A militant overlord named Mohammad looked for a way to increase his kingdom. So a fallen angel otherwise known as a demon came to Mohammad. They started a religious cult of death and murder.
Beware of miracles. Many of us know about Benny Hinn and we see it as a circus. Yet what he is doing is deceiving many into false hopes. Then they will turn away from GOD because of Benny Hinn phoniness. But the Devil can do miraculous things. Acts 8:9. But there was a certain man, called Simon, which beforetime in the same city used sorcery, and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one: 10. To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God. 11. And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries. Be very aware of theses falsehoods. Don’t be fooled, if you see a miracle that doesn’t mean it is of GOD. Revelations 13:13. And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men,. Don’t look for signs and wonders. Then read your bible and pray for wisdom.
2 Corinthians 2:17. For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God speak we in Christ. There are those who corrupt the word of GOD perverting scriptures to mean something entirely different. I mean how do apostate church marry or even ordain homosexuals. That is because they corrupt the Word of God, twist the meaning and take things out of context. Galatians 1:6. I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: 7. Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. Perverting the Gospel is all over today. Even in the modern versions of the bible this is done subtly. But they have changed the meaning of verses in order to pervert the gospel. That is why I cling to the KJV-1611.
Matthew 13:24. Another parable put he forth unto them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is likened unto a man which sowed good seed in his field: 25. But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way. 26. But when the blade was sprung up, and brought forth fruit, then appeared the tares also. 27. So the servants of the householder came and said unto him, Sir, didst not thou sow good seed in thy field? from whence then hath it tares? 28. He said unto them, An enemy hath done this. The servants said unto him, Wilt thou then that we go and gather them up? 29. But he said, Nay; lest while ye gather up the tares, ye root up also the wheat with them. 30. Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, Gather ye together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn. The tares are the false doctrines of Satan. There are false doctrines all over you can even get them from members of your own church if they have been misled some where. Matthew 13:36. Then Jesus sent the multitude away, and went into the house: and his disciples came unto him, saying, Declare unto us the parable of the tares of the field. 37. He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; 38. The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one; 39. The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels. 40. As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world. 41. The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them which do iniquity; 42. And shall cast them into a furnace of fire: there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. 43. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Be careful, for the Devil will not just come to your doorstep but he will enter though the Internet as well. The Internet is full of false doctrine and you thought that only pornography was the danger of the computer. We must always study our bible and pray. The more we are versed in the word the less likely we will be influenced by the Devil and his counterfeits. Isaiah 8:20. To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them. That there is very clear, if they speak not of his word.
The Devil is dangerous and he comes to your doorstep beware not to let him into your house. 1 peter 5:8. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:.

he commanded us to do a lot more things.
He commanded us to love our neighbors as ourselves.
He commanded us to give up all we have to the poor
He ordered us to forgive other as God forgave us
He ordered us to serve the least of our brethren
He ordered us to be perfect as his father is perfect.
If you just preach and preach and preach, and ignore the rest, you might want to read where he sarcastically commented that some people say lord lord but don't do what the father tells them to do.
No where is there in that a "necessity" to go door to door, which is probably the least effective means of evangelism, since there is very little credibility.
