Should the Vatican reject the Bishop's proposed "Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People"?

No. It is fine the way it is.
Yes. Parts need to rewritten.
Yes. It should be scrapped in its entirety.

bump back. Another choice - add some things. These would address homosexuality in the seminaries, administrative cover-up, choosing Bishops, and dissent in America.

Scrap this piece of garbage. The way to restore credibility is for these guys to step down en masse.
