Btw, this "Gregory XVII" character and his movement have some connections to Econe, Lefebvre, and Ngo Thuc (he consecrated some of them).

I truly am sorry for the poor souls involved but this is hysterically funny to me. I forgot he was Emperor also. Because he is both Pope and Emperor, he had the opportunity to call himself Gregory VIII, and so I think he missed a good opportunity.
