The story of Our Lady of Guadalupe is so interesting, especially when Juan Diego is told to pick flowers from the frozen ground. The BVM arranges them in his tilma and sends him back to the bishop to request that a church be built on that spot. This is a painting of Juan Diego showing the tilma, with flowers, to the bishop.
