We need also to make sure that we do not sacrifice clarity in an effort to make the gospel attractive. The issues of sin and guilt are central and shouldn't be camoflaged. We can perhaps be too tactful.

I would add, that after telling him the bad news he is a sinner going to Hell, (Rom.3:10,3:23,) the good news is that he doesn't have to go, Christ already paid his debt (Rom.5:8, Heb.2:9, 1Jn.2:2) and the gift of eternal life is free (Rom.6:23) if he will only believe in the Lord Jesus Christ (Acts.16:31)
