Sadly, this is not a joke.
This is the official logo for the Diocese of Cleveland Gay and Lesbian Family Ministry.
Unable to decide between two perfectly good homosexual symbols, the Diocese of Cleveland decided to use both the triangle and the rainbow along with a decapitated dove for its gay and lesbian family ministry logo.
It is unclear what is the significance of the decapitated dove.
The logo also can be scene here:

It is time to say enough. Please consider sending a brief e-mail to these two Cleveland bishops encouraging them to put an end to this nonsense.

Notice where that triangle points......down to the one they worship.

Why cut off the head of a dove?
Now that's scary!
The dove is suppose to represent purity and peace, right?
To: Diago
Good grief.

WHY DOESN'T THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH SAW OFF THIS "DIOCESE" PRONTO. IS IT AN UNOFFICIAL WEBSITE?

May God have mercy upon these poor, demented and unenlightened souls.

Well at least they got the flight direction correct: downward, headed for a crash landing.

I will write letters and make phone calls tomorrow. This is simply insane.
Monday is the Feast of Saint Catherine of Sienna -- a good day for Third Order folks (Carmelites, Franciscans, Dominicans....) to write letters to bishops any way -- with St. Catherine's intercession and the Lord's blessing.

I think it's a pterodactyl.

Now my eyes are getting tired and it no longer looks like a bird...more like a half-mask....like zoro lol

The dove is not decapitated. It is a dove in abstract.
Some people used to find Commies hiding under every bed. Now they find queers. Enlightening.

This is what happens when the Church ordains sodomites to the priesthood... this along with a bunch of predatory mollestation. Who could find it surprising?
To: Diago
I'm actually speechless, but I won't be for long.
Thanks for the ping.
God bless and strengthen His Holy Catholic Church.

OK, so suppose it's only a stylized dove. This scarcely qualifies as "hiding under a bed." More like strutting around in broad daylight. The Episcopal and Catholic churches should both be ashamed of this.
To: Diago
The downward pointing of the triangle and direction of the strange looking dove are the opposite of the usual spiritual depiction. How can I say this? It appears to represent those opposed to Christianity and what it stands for. Now who might that be?
To: goldenstategirl
A downward dove isn't of itself "satanic." A depiction of the dove that alighted on Jesus as he emerged from the baptism of John obviously has to be a downward dove. But, agreed, the usage of it here is blasphemous.
