Do you tolerate yourself or are you claiming not to be a sinner? What do you mean by rebelliousness?
1 Corinthians 51. It is actually reported that there is sexual immorality among you, and of a kind that does not occur even among pagans: A man has his father's wife.
2. And you are proud! Shouldn't you rather have been filled with grief and have put out of your fellowship the man who did this?
3. Even though I am not physically present, I am with you in spirit. And I have already passed judgment on the one who did this, just as if I were present.
4. When you are assembled in the name of our Lord Jesus and I am with you in spirit, and the power of our Lord Jesus is present,
5. hand this man over to Satan, so that the sinful nature may be destroyed and his spirit saved on the day of the Lord.
1 Samuel 15
22. But Samuel replied: "Does the LORD delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices as much as in obeying the voice of the LORD? To obey is better than sacrifice, and to heed is better than the fat of rams.
23. For rebellion is like the sin of divination, and arrogance like the evil of idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the LORD, he has rejected you as king."
Joshua 24:19
Joshua said to the people, "You are not able to serve the LORD. He is a holy God; he is a jealous God. He will not forgive your rebellion and your sins.
