The reason being is the Hindus basically claim that we are all God, which is a very old pagan “old age” religion. Not to mention that you would be in real trouble if I were God, as I would be in real trouble if you were God. The claims of Hinduism defy logic, because we are all certainly not God. This does not mean that Hinduism has some minor truths within it. But when it comes to the essentials of knowing God, it truly misses the mark (which is what sin is).

I was using Hinduism as an example only, please substitute any religion other than your own for the word Hinduism.

We could all be a god, who created the universe, in order to experience an almost infinite number of lifes. To do so, he makes himself forget that fact, each time he starts a new life.

I don't believe that; but there's nothing illogical per se about that.

No, your claims of Hinduism defy logic. The ACTUAL claims of Hinduism is that we are all products of the many aspects of the one god and therefore, to an extent devine but by no means are we gods or God. Hinduism is a very tough religion to grock, took me a long time. In essence it's a monotheistic religion dressed in polytheistic clothing. While there are many gods that are worshipped the religion says that each of these gods is an aspect/ incarnation of the one god. In fact, when Christianity finally got there and started being preached they accepted the Christian God as another previously undocumented incarnation of the one god; since then the Hindu scholars have decided that all gods that have ever been worshiped are incarnations of the one god. I always got a big kick out of that, it's one of the reasons it's both easy and nearly impossible to really convert a Hindu; at most you'll probably wind up convincing them to switch which incarnation they worship but at the core they will continue to believe in Hinduism's one god, not yours.
