FATHER GOD,

You are the Light in the darkness. Nothing can blow it out. Your Word and truth last forever. No one can stand against You for You are VICTORY.

After a devastation of losses in the U.S. Senate, U.S. House, Elected Officials, and General Assemblies across the nation, we ask Your grace and mercy upon President Trump, who worked nonstop to urge patriots to get out the vote. Bless and prosper Christian political candidates who crisscrossed their states putting time and money into their races believing fellow Christians would fully support them, only to find a remnant who would do so.

We were dismayed to witness the losses. There was supposed to be a Red Wave. Then the truth was known. According to Christian network TBN, only 17% of Christians voted in the General Election. We feel betrayed by our own brothers and sisters of the faith. How could they not vote when evil itself is at the door?

Lord, draw close to the remnant. Remind us to put on the Armor of God, stand, and keep standing until the battle is won.

Jesus has won the Victory! No matter what comes of America, You, LORD, are the Victor.

Have mercy on America and upon the 87% who helped put our nation at the precipice by their inaction at the ballot box.

Awaken those who sleep, LORD. We cry out to dry bones, “Come alive! Hear the Word of the Lord! May Holy Spirit breathe on dry bones so they may live again.

In GOD we put our trust. Blessed is the nation whose GOD is the Lord. (Psalm 33:12)

In JESUS name we pray. AMEN.

Holy God, we know that your sovereignty reigns. As Psalm 22:28 assures us “For dominion belongs to the LORD and he rules over the nations.” You hold ultimate power and authority over every nation and every ruler. No leader or nation can prevent your plans. Yesterday’s election, devastating as it may seem, is fulfilling your divine purpose. In Daniel 4:17 your word declares “the Most High is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and gives them to anyone he wishes and sets over them the lowliest of people.” We know your Son and member of your holy trinity as “KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.” Today we come to you in prayer to humbly beseech that you will intervene in our nation’s leaders, especially in President Trump’s heart to trust in your guidance. Your word in Proverbs 21:1 tells us “In the Lord’s hand, the king’s heart is a stream of water that he channels toward all who please him.” Let our leader’s heart be pleasing to you so that you channel it in the right way. And Father God, we ask that you help us to find comfort in understanding that you are in control of history. You have been orchestrating events since the dawn of time, and every occurrence fits into your Devine Plan….. even this election. In Jesus’ Holy Name we pray, Amen.
