Your Words In Healing

There are some powerful roles your words have in you receiving healing, but they can't be words just out of your head, but out of your heart. Your heart also plays a important role in you receiving healing. First, your words work as medicine to your flesh when they are in line with God's word. Proverbs 16:24 says, Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones. And Proverbs 12:18 backs that up, There is that speaketh like the piercings of a sword: but the tongue of the wise is health. That's when they are in line with God's word for Proverbs 4:20-23 says, My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. 21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. 22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. 23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. God's word is the ultimate medicine, that word health means-medicine/remedy/healing/cure. Notice, it's the word and your heart they work together and we'll see why in a minute.

A major message Jesus taught us is in Mark chapter 4 where he taught us that words are seeds and the heart of man is the ground that you sow the word into. Now, there's an important thing I think people haven't grasped with the heart being the ground that the seeds are sown into and that is your heart will give back to you in increased form the words you take into it. Jesus said in Mark 4:8 And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred. Notice, the words that went in the heart sent out in increased form, fruit is something seen and it comes from the inside-out. That's why Jesus said in that same chapter, "Take heed what you hear." That's also why it says in Proverbs 4:23 to guard your heart with all diligence. So, the words I take into my heart is important because the first time I hear God calls that planting and each time after that is called watering and increase comes with watering. 1 Corinthians 3:6,7 says, I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. 7 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. So, if all you take into your heart is the report of your body, what else does your heart have to send back to you.

In Isaiah 53:1 it says, Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? So, God also has a report in verses 4 and 5, Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. And in 1 Peter 2:24 it says, Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. Whatever God says about my condition I need to put that in my heart and keep it there like Proverbs 4:20-23 says. For example take Abraham in Romans 4:17 it says his body was dead, but regardless of that God had another report in Genesis 17:4,5 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. 5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

Notice, what God did He changed his name from Abram-high father to Abraham-father of a multitude. God changed his name into God's report because as his name he will continue to see it and hear it and keep it in his heart and God's report changed his body. The healing words you put in you are the words your heart will send back to you in increased form of healing. I know that from my own experience when something attacked my body I followed the same principles, I kept feeding my heart God's report, "By his stripes I am healed" and that which I fed into my heart my heart sent back to me in the increased form of healing. So, what are you going to feed your heart with. If you want to see healing make sure it is in line with God's word because God's word is the ultimate medicine. So, there is no confusion the word heart is not talking about your physical heart. I didn't come up with this myself, but I heard someone preach that the heart is where the soul and spirit connects. Because, Hebrews 4:12 says, For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. If the word can divide them then they must be connected, I liked it so I thought I would share it.

It is not God's will that any should perish. And I wouldn't want to end this article without giving someone the opportunity to receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior. It's very easy just pray: Dear God- I know I have sinned and I now turn from them and I invite Jesus to come into my heart (Revelation 3:20). He died for my sins and you have raised him from the dead and I now confess Jesus is my Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9,10). I thank you for saving me, Amen

[10] For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life. 2 Peter 3:9 King James Version 9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

The ground is Great Compassion. The seed is the energy of
transmission from Christ , visualized as a syllable. And the spoken word is mantra . Altogether the healing and blessing of the Divine flows into the body speech and mind of the devoted ones.
