Thread posted for those Catholics here you who like me do not or cannot attend in person. (Have my reasons: Mainly chemical sensitivity to cleaning products most places use, and I simply don't like being around large crowds.)

Like most of you, I have some problems with the current Church. That said, this is the Church I attend albeit virtually. They are more old-school. Won't say they disobey the Vatican outright, more like ignore the woke parts.

That’s the church we were parishioners of for years when we lived in the Columbus area! Thanks for posting. (We live in Indiana now.)

I see many, many familiar faces on the church’s website. Good to know it is still doing so well.

You might find it interesting: the Priest who gave the Homily was transferred from a dirt poor part of Uganda or some such. Can you imagine the culture shock?

I can only imagine! What a gifted man!

The current pastor, Fr. Dave was a seminarian there years ago. So was the previous pastor, Fr. Denis. It was a very active and spiritual parish while we were there. Many of the staff are dear old friends. I’ve lost touch with most of them, but we worked side by side with them for many years. The parish became like family to us when we lived there, because we were strangers and had no family in the Midwest. Great community, and I’m glad to see that it’s thriving still.

“It was a very active and spiritual parish while we were there.”

You’ll be glad to hear it still is. Example: Lent Fish Fry still happening. Breaking records again this year. 😊
