Every year there comes this time of year where folks gather together and celebrate. Celebrate what you might ask. Well, Christmas, Holidays, Family, Friends, Life, or whatever else folks these days celebrate.
There's always the handful of people who are left out however. The isolated. The excluded. The ostracized. The scrooges. The depressed. The loners.
Those down on their luck. Etc. And let's face it, it's not just a handful anymore - there are a lot of people out there who are barely hanging on in life. Whether it be for health reasons, financial reasons, destroyed relationships, addictions of all types - you name it.
A recent divorce can wreak havoc on your life. A vindictive & conniving family member who just will not stop pushing your buttons. Yes you know those types.
I'm going to cut to the chase. Whatever you are going through in your life. Whatever mountains you have to climb. Whatever giants you are facing - you are not alone. The Lord Jesus is your advocate. He doesn't need you - but He wants you. And there's this missing piece inside of us all that registers our need for Him, but folks fill that void with sex, alcohol, drugs, or worse.
My Christmas Message To You Dear Lonely people. To you who feel and are excluded. To you who are ostracized. To you who are angry at your lot in life. To you who are depressed:
The Word Made Flesh who came to bear our Sins for our Salvation Loves You - Precious You! He Wants You!
Call upon Him - Today! He can hit that reset button in your life and give you a fresh start.
This Christmas may you find the Peace that Lasts Eternally in Him Only and that you pass it on to others. God Bless each of you!
