"We all believe in God." This lie was told by Cardinal George Koovakad, the 52-year-old prefect of the Dicastery for Interreligious Dialogue, in an interview with the Substack.com account The Pillar on 22 October.
Cardinal Koovakad is Indian and is aware that Hindus worship animal-like idols and that Islam denies the true God, Jesus Christ. He joined the Vatican's clique network ('diplomatic service') in 2006. In 2020, he joined the Secretariat of State, where he was promoted by Francis.
India's political authorities were extremely grateful for Francis’ decision to make him a cardinal in 2024.
Regarding interreligious dialogue, Cardinal Koovakad was honest for a moment: "In regard to other religions, we do not enter into doctrinal discussions because each group believes that what they believe is the truth. So, we don’t want to enter into that sort of discussion. There are things in common — perhaps more than divide us — and it is important to explore these together."
Furthermore, he claimed that religious people would not "provoke or condone violence, kill in the name of God, promote terrorism or use religion for personal gain".

Moslems do not condone violence? Tell that to the survivors of islamic violence who are still alive.
Methinks the story misspelt the Cardinal’s surname as Koovakad when it is really Kookavad.
Another example of syncretism in the RCC. Why the pope allows opinions like that in his church hierarchy is worth investigating. Matthew 7: 22-23 is going to be enforced on judgement day.
Yeah, they just want to kill infidels. Only problem is EVERYBODY not muslim is an infidel.
I have been saying this to my congregation for several years now. The one world church will be the Catholic church cojoining with the Muslims in a bid for political power.

Dear religious naive person, violence is enshrined in the koran, the sunnahs and the hadiths. Muslims have been violent for 1400 years, murdered over 300 million people and counting.
Tell that to that 9/11 victims and families. It’s written into the Koran ro kill the infidels.
