"Of course, some Muslim scholars have asked us for a room with a carpet for praying and we have given it to them," said Giacomo Cardinali, Vice-Prefect of the Vatican Apostolic Library, to the newspaper "La Repubblica" (Wednesday). The Vatican's book collection contains "incredibly old Korans", Cardinali continued. "We are a universal library, there are Arabic, Jewish, Ethiopian collections and unique Chinese items."

Christianity, as it is taught today, cannot survive. It’s a biological impossibility.
I had a Jewish friend who told me it is “completely unrealistic about human nature”.
He has a point. As do the people who post memes about Christians being minions. (Minions, from Despicable Me, are single cell organisms who go about looking for someone to “serve” no matter how awful that person might be)
This is not how Christianity was originally taught, but it is the way it’s taught now. For instance “turn the other cheek” was meant to mean “stand your ground” not subject yourself to being beat up.
As Raymond Ibrahim said it’s virtually impossible to be male and be a Christian as it is currently comprised. He said it’s “cowardice masquerading as piety”.
I know I’ll get heat for posting this, but on reflection you’ll realize it’s true.
How about the Pope saying a public mass in Mecca or even in Saudi Arabia itself?
I’m waiting for the Pope to offer a Mass of Reparation for the sodomite sacrilege he allowed in St. Peter’s Basilica.
The tide is turning. Soon we will get a real Pope who will call for a new crusade to take back Constantinople, the most strategic piece of real estate on the planet.

Gee what are they going to do when their beloved muslims demand that they throw out the sacrificial wine and quit serving pork in the Cardinal’s Cafeteria?
And get rid of all those offensive crosses on display all over the place; Maybe hang up some pretty Crescent and Stars instead???

Fortunately there is historical precedent. Centuries ago, the First Great Awakening took us out of the first sexual revolution. I believe the current awakening will do the same.
