Yes, to paraphrase Ronald Reagan, I didn’t live the Catholic Church, the Catholic Church left me !! When the Pope equates the killing of human embryos with protecting the laws of our country against an illegal invasion and does so as the Vicar of Christ with all the authority of the Church it’s obvious to me that this Church has lost all moral authority!
As long as this American pope is becoming overtly political by asking American bishops to criticize a President who is enforcing American law, perhaps it would be appropriate to ask him if he voted for Obama, Clinton and Biden.
