Exactly.
Where can I find out where it is being run? I went to the link but there is nothing on locations.
YESHUA as he is now, is described in Revelation 1.

Translation: The Chosen made a boatload of money!
Why does God forbidden graven images? To keep people from worshiping the creation instead of the creator
Context is king, in Corinth prostitution was rampant and advertised by short hair on women and long on men. This was not a universal commandment, coming from Paul to 1 location.
Shut up.
The Shroud of Turin has been proven. It was off and on for many years, but the latest documentary on it is amazing.
Science has finally proven its authenticity, as well as where it traveled to. They know by the old pollen the shroud had in its cloth.
A doc shown in a limited number of theaters, and just one showing, on just one day, isn’t going to make a lot of money.
Plus, theaters will take about 50% of the box office. I will get back to you on Wednesday when we know the box office.
You don’t know their heart or motivation.
The Bible said he was a Nazarene.
He was a Nazarene, as He grew up in Nazareth. But was He a Nazarite?. Well, He turned water into wine and drank wine, so that points away from His being a Nazarite. Still, some scholars think He was a Nazarite.
The Baptists think He drank grape juice, not wine, so ...
Thanks for bringing up this word “Nazirite”. I looked it up and learned something. It was a temporary vow, so it is possible that Jesus may have taken such of a vow at some point in his life, but it would’ve had an expiration date. Basically, during the time of the vow, while you are abstaining from grapes in any form, you let your hair grow out. When you fulfill the vow, you cut your hair and it gets burned in the same fire that you sacrifice a lamb at a couple of doves in, if I recall correctly.
It reminds me of Lenten observance, in a way.
It could be temporary or lifelong. It appears to have been a lifelong thing with Samson.
We know Samson was a Nazarite, and very likely John the Baptist. But nothing (that I know of) recorded that Jesus was (or was not} a Nazarite.
The sign the romans put on his cross identified him as a nazarite. In English INRI. = J for Jesus, N for Nazareth, R for Rex/ king I for Jews.
Jesus of Nazareth King of Jews.. they were mocking him.
One could argue Christ took that vow at the Last Supper, and broke that vow on the cross by tasting of the grape products and dying.
A Nazarite had to stay away from the grape and dead bodies.
The why He took it probably has to do with the curse of the Garden.
And maybe all this time we’ve had to look at the tree of the knowledge of good and evil fruit as an ‘apple’ or such.
Maybe it’s the grape.
In it’s pure form, good- a child can taste it
In its fermented form, can lead to drunkenness and evil.
Good point!
I will get back to you on Wednesday when we know the box office.
