Ezekiel's Visions get more wild and dazzling as his Book unfolds. They will culminate in the Vision of the Valley of Dry Bones, which many people in Israel believe was a foreshadowing of the Holocaust. Yesterday was Yom Ha Shoah, which remembers all the people who died in that horror, and our President has declared a whole week of Remembrance and a determination to Never let it happen again.

The disturbing Vision of the Dry Bones is followed by a detailed Vision of a New Temple, complete with detailed "blueprints". With Ezekiel, nothing seems to be coming from the "small still voice" experienced by Elijah, but rather in huge displays of Power, Glory, Magnificence, and the other end of the spectrum, pure Horror. Both Ezekiel and Elijah heard from God The Holy Spirit, Who gives these Prophecies, Revelations, and Visions.
