[Catholic Caucus] Müller: Holy Spirit Doesn't Inspire Francis To Invent False Doctrine

Bishops are betraying their divine mission by failing to preach the Catholic Faith, Cardinal Gerhard Müller told a conference the day before the Roman Rite's 'Summorum Pontificum' pilgrimage event to Rome tomorrow (Edward Pentin, X.com).

Müller knows that the power of politics, the media and the banks is, in secular terms, "the safe side". Truth, on the other hand, defies contradiction and promises suffering with Christ. Müller also pointed out two serious errors:

1. That a Pope with his maximum apostolic authority (plenitudo potestatis) could even change the hierarchical constitution of the Church and its divine law (ius divinum), for example by delegating his jurisdiction to the laity.

2. That the Holy Spirit might inspire the Pope with an entirely new doctrine which the faithful must blindly accept, even if it is in open contradiction to the clear teaching of Holy Scripture, to the Apostolic Tradition, and to the previous dogmatic definitions of the Popes and Ecumenical Councils.

Well, someone or something appears to be motivating him to teach some pretty clear error

They have to start protecting the truth. But remember, every time there has been a conflict, the hierarchy was rarely on the side of the truth.

This is from Athanasius to the English bishops under Henry VIII and beyond.

Of course, the joke is that the Cardinals wear red to show their willingness to shed their blood for the Faith. Ha ha.

While there are problematic and confusing statements which can be interpreted in a spirit of discontinuity with Sacred Teaching. As yet I have not come across a statement from the pope which has clearly definitively rejected the teaching.

Even his recent “all religions are ways to God” can be understood in an orthodox sense sense of discovery, but not to equivalent to salvation or even the equivalent and ordained path to salvation.

But ambiguity is a serious danger of the age.

Francis (the False) is welcome to disclose that his convictions came by way of an angel of light. He wouldn't be the first.

Please respect the caucus designation if you expect Catholics to respect yours.

Okay. Ambiguity then.
Thanks
