Just curious...would Jesus also support the death penalty?
Blasphemous!
“The magistrate does not bear the sword in vain.”
They can get some people to say anything. There are a lot of crazies out there.
Apparently ordained as a Presbyterian minister somewhere along the line. Doubtless PCUSA.
Jezebel.
She had better repent, beg for forgiveness, and spend every remaining day of her life undoing what she has done.
Hell may have been created for the Devil and his fallen angels, but she will rot there with them, too.
This woman is a heretic and a sexual pervert who deserves eternal hellfire.
And hopefully she turns from her selfish promiscuous amoral lifestyle and truly trusts in Jesus Christ before it’s too late.
getting weirder by the day. can def imagine an environment where someone goes viral declaring himself to be the Messiah.
Female ‘pastor’...rolling eyes here.
He said something about rendering unto Caesar; and on the abortion issue, Caesar has spoken: it’s for the individual States to decide.
Allll righty thennn....
Just curious...would Jesus also support the death penalty?
Yes. Here’s why:
1) Convicted criminals are not innocent. Unborn babies are.
2) A thief hung on either side of Jesus while He was being
crucified; Jesus said not one word against their being
put to death, for thievery, at that.
3) When God gave Moses the law, he included the death
penalty.
There are all sorts of things that Jesus didn’t say anything about.
True story: many years ago (before Roe v Wade) I was a young kid just starting a 25 year career at a very famous hospital. My first job there was in the Pathology Department.Although I hated to do so I,early in my tenure there, had to go into the autopsy room. Being a teaching hospital of a major medical school they had in the autopsy room many organs being saved for various research studies.
The large organs (hearts, lungs, livers, etc) were in large containers on the floor along the walls and the smaller ones (eyes, etc) were on shelves along the walls. One jar on the shelves caught my eye.
It was about the size of a large pickle jar and looked very much like one. In it were several (four or five?) fetuses in a clear liquid...probably formalin. They were all about the size of my thumb and were all *perfectly* formed. They couldn't be mistaken for anything other than tiny little human beings. I even remember noticing that one of them needed to have his/her fingernails clipped. It's an image that will stay with me until I take my last breath.
Babies are born without sin. Inapt. Render unto Caesar, etc.
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
“Jesus would support...”
Considering that the first person other than Mary who recognized Jesus was John the Baptist who was in the womb of his mother, I kind of doubt it...
In the opinion of "progressive" members of the clergy God loves abortion and hates the death penalty.
Church of Satan.
