The word for used here for "by the wind" in Hebrew is בְּר֨וּחַ (be-ruach). It would seem that the Red Sea was parted, not by a Tsunami caused by a Volcanic Eruption in the Mediterranean, or by an earthquake, as some theorize, but by a 'Strong East Wind". Then the Wind reverses itself and drowns the Egyptians.

If this verse was the only one describing this miracle, it could be construed as a very fortunate (for the Israelites) natural phenomenon.

But, like every other Bible Verse, this one should be looked at in context. The Verse just before this one Names Yahweh (The LORD), and states that it is by His Hand that the waters are parted. Then, the Bible says that He sent a "Strong East Wind" to dry up the waters. The word for "wind" is STRONG'S 7307 again.

While this could just mean "wind" as in an atmospheric condition, it could also mean that The Holy Spirit, the Hand of Yahweh, moved the waters. It's some serious wordplay in Hebrew, and beyond my level of study. I don't have to understand every nuance in order to believe.
