Bonhoeffer is over-rated.Metaxas is as well.
I've read some of Metaxas's stuff.
I don't think he's an *excellent* writer and something seems to be a bit off about his stuff, but I can't quite put my finger on it.

Closer to the Community Church strain of Calvinism.
